All 5 'Jars' that I purchased were under weight. I'm dissapointed. The 'Jars' also contained extremely dry product. the customer service was amazing and Angela offered 20% off my next visit. I may take her up on it in a pinch, but I'm checking the weight.

It was my first time here. The girl at the checkout was really nice and informed me of an FTP special, I figured "why not, pick me something" and I wish I wouldn't have. The dispensary is nice and service was fine but I wish I would've been informed of the grower she chose for me because she chose Copperstate and you don't get much worse than that. I never mind paying more for quality, but she never asked(i.e, Genesis, alien Labs, Tierra,etc.). I think it's important to understand your customer, not everyone wants the highest THC and the cheapest shit. I understand it was a pickup order, but I still feel after it was offered, and if someone says get me something good, that you'd point out the quality you have. I've never been offered/given bottom shelf so I didn't think I'd have to worry. Cooperate Farms is the nastiest, cheapest product out there and I would never knowingly purchase anything from this grower, no matter how they try to hide their name the product is crap. So now that is money straight to the trash and not gonna lie, I feel a little cheated....

I order online and pick up and have also used delivery. As a high risk chica, I'm thankful that make their store safe-ish for immune challenged peeps like me. I really LOVE the cheer/knowledge of the budtenders. My 2 things magic wand like and for peeps to BOLO for whatever it may be worth: 1-They have been having some issues tech wise with pre order. I now order from Leafly but I preferred their previous version as the sort function beyond one level bites (ie sorting for 1g carts instead of just them all) 2- Please don't put disposable carts in the same list (this is more an issue with their previous ordering system and Dime all in one). I really am not into the disposable. I only do carts cuz at times its the best way to pull when I feel like shite (med patient). What I'm saying is, I know it's not the best ethical environmental use as it, but then to restrict my choice further, just doesn't sit right. Again, it's not just a JARS issue but an industry issue cuz also see, med patients also tend to be losing their vision (like me) and please make it easier for sight impaired to not have to read the fine fine print to know what we are ordering. KWIM? Still my favourite dispensary.
