Came in yesterday and i bought cartridges, got bogo deal total came to 84 butender only had 3 carts in hand i asked multiple times about the other carts and they said that the other cart was the part of bogo. I live over an hour away and cant drive due to epilepsy i rarely am able to get into town and theres no n7mbers to be found to contact to correct this. At this point ill never be returning. Please reach out i am seriously disappointed with my experience
Best customer service in Prescott Valley. Budtenders are patient with patients! They always have fire deals and so far they’ve had more selection than the other dispensary in town. Do yourself a favor and try out this place.
Wanted to return gummies that were given to me a wrong brand and they said, since they read me the brand on the receipt that they couldn't do it. Nirvana would have done it

have to add a little to my review ... I just found out that if you spend over $100 before tax you get a free 1/8 ..... well I didn't get my free 1/8 and nobody said anything to me about that at the store ...... That isn't right ....
My first first thoughts were, "Wow I can actually see majority of the products being sold without the eye boggling clutter of things packed like sardines." I was greeted quickly and politely with clear instructions on what and where to go to meet with a bud tender. My budtender (Andrew) was able to help me with my final purchase. I highly recommend checking out what this store has to offer, I know I will be back.
