Great location. Gracious selection. The place to be.

Sumbitted my order 2 hours before picking up. Drive thru was closed, I had to get off waited (whole point of ordering and picking on drive thru is to eliminate the wait.) gave me the wrong order the package was already sealed when given to me with the receipt of my original order. I live 30 minutes away when I got home opened the package there was only one item and it was wrong item brand doesn’t fit my battery. I called the store and the managers answer was to go back that they are open until 10 to exchange what they dos wrong.

Make sure to double check your orders if your ordering online. I just grabbed some pre-rolls today and noticed that one of the packs was not the one I ordered. A whole different strain and everything, so double check, don't wait until after the parking lot, check immediately in your car. Had another occasion where two out of the ten pre rolls I ordered was missing. Good deals don't get me wrong but come on now.

I absolutely love the staff at Jars 💯🤑👽the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and there's always a killer deals each day of the week it's always a win for me. The atmosphere is super chill and I always recommend this place to my friends who are also weed enthusiast.

First time i was there, a girl helped me. Overall experience was very positive, pleasant and informative. She was patient and very helpful. She answered all my questions and recommended the perfect products. The second visit left me in shock. Frozen from the most awkward moment. The young man that “helped me” was rude, pushy and arrogant. He went as far as to lecture me and deter me from buying anything and recommend that I seek therapy.. when I told him I was looking for something similar to what I had purchased Previously, he gave me products that were twice the THC and ended up making us sick. He looked agitated. He was pacing, he kept shaking the tube of the pre-roll in his hand, and ended up selling me. he took advantage at my lack of knowledge, and also managed to insult me several times during the transaction. Thankfully, we have options. Even though this place is conveniently close I rather drive to get better service. I will not be returning.
