Didn’t check my id before they did the delivery then decided to not allow me to purchase it while he was standing in my drive way maybe be more efficient idk

Staff is quite friendly, but they never have the things i order that are advertised on their website, same goes for the Saugatuck location.
I've been here multiple times buying various strains they advertise as "pre-packed" and it's all the same bulk deli-style trash. It's only pre-packed because your employees packed the garbage backstage there, then mislable it another strain.
And much like the other locations, never have i gotten the text back saying my order is ready.
My advice is avoid the JARS franchises in all. Complete garbage.
