On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her. Thanks for everything Jay and turning me on to the 2g AiroX Blade vapes, that’s a fantastic value! See you again soon.

Really depressing customer service. Been a customer for 6 months and enjoyed there $20+ infused prerolls. Never complained once until I received an expensive infused preroll that was extremely dry and the paper wasn’t sticking together any more. Called in to see if there was anything they could do and was told that they could do nothing. Spoke to manager who said it wasn’t there responsibility and I had to eat the cost of the expensive preroll. I understand a return may be not possible but some sort of creative solution like a promo would have been reassuring in their product quality. I was met with a pretty cold response by their employees as someone who has never complained before. Most dispensaries would provide something, but the employee and their manager didn’t really seem to care. Won’t be going back...too many good dispensaries that would at least pretend to care lol...
