They sell defective cartridges. Tell patients “All sales are final” and it’s up to the customer to call Ilera Healthcare themselves regarding exchanges. When Ilera rep filed all paperwork and submitted it to Justice Grown, no the the useless pharmacist and the pea brain manage use every excuse in the book to not exchange necessary medication when the customer does what they say and Ilera tells them to accept the exchange. That’s bad business to take peoples money, sell defective product then hide behind locked doors and security to do absolutely nothing but make lies and excuses. It’s the business choice why they’re not accepting refunds which is far from how a dispensary operates. Call any dispensary and they tell you they’ll gladly exchange it. Yet for Justice Grown, they make up lies that it’s “State Regulations” which It’s not. No business has any business selling patients medication, then leave them high and dry when their product doesn’t even work. Shame on them for not doing what a REAL business or a REAL pharmacy would and that’s ensure the “PATIENT” gets the “PRESCRIPTION” they paid for. BBB and CONSUMER AFFAIRS have been contacted since NO BUSINESS SHOULD OPERATE THIS WAY.

It's really sad I drove a half an hour to get my birthday discount and paid more than the items were listed for. I paid $43 for something that was on sale for $36. Doesn't make much sense to me. Instead of charging what they had the items on sale for they charged full price.

Beautiful Location ! Store Is Very Clean And Organized ! Staff is friendly and were able to explain each product in detail . I felt overwhelmed at first but Jason really made me feel comfortable . I will definitely be back !

Staff is the main reason I come to this dispensary. Sarah is always so nice. She takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I fully understand what she's explaining before I leave. She is very knowledgeable and even sweeter. All the employees (wish I knew their names) are just as nice. It's a great atmosphere, always positive. There's hardly ever a line and when there is one, it moves quickly. I always enjoy it when I stop. Staff, location, atmosphere, service, prices, and quality are all topnotch. What else do you need in a dispensary?

The customer service is horrible. They never have any flower. They don't care weather or not you get the product you're looking for. Just an all around thumbs down. Sad, I thought I was going to like this location because I can't stand the Edwardsville location either. Need to stop acting like they have their noses in the air! Won't be coming here again.

I frequent the Edwardsville location, however, I decided to give their new location a shot. I was like a disappointed in all honesty. Whenever I would visit JG in Edwardsville, the staff always took the time to answer my questions, teach me some new things, and the list goes on. However, the knowledge and patience is missing from this crew. Will continue going to the other one though!

I want to start off by saying the customer service is phenomenal. I was greeted by a young woman named Sarah, who was knowledgeable, very nice and answered every question I had an trust me there was a lot. I ended up having a bit of an issue with a product that I purchased at a different dispensary. When the other dispensary refuse to return the product that I had purchased from them 20 minutes prior from arriving at Justice grown..... and I had already went ahead and purchase 2 great products from Justice that I ended up having to return one of. I then spoke with Morgan and Andrew who are amazing and very understanding return the product without any issue. Then proceeded to tell me that the other dispensary completely lied about there return policy. Anyway I had a great experience at Justice grown and thank you very much Sarah, Andrew and Morgan.

I would visit only if you know exactly what you want. On the plus side the place is clean. What I was told about a product was not true hence how can you trust.

Absolutely the best people. After having been closed yesterday there was a line at the door well before 1000 am. It was a bitter cold morning and many suffer from chronic pain exacerbated by the cold. The staff compassionately opened early to get people in from the cold. Five Stars is not enough

Jason and the staff at Justice always assist in finding what works right for me. They’ve given me more information about cannabis than I’ve found online and have helped me along with medicinal cannabis. This crew knows their stuff and never fails to deliver. Thank you Justice Grown!!!!!!!!!

Any pammj patent knows the hoops we have to jump through to get a credit; I got a FarmRx cart, that had lip marks on it, sent the pics and info to Frx, they obvs gave me the credit, but Justice will not honor it. I was bullied by some guy mgr, after the lady acknowledged and said I was owed it. he tried intimidating me, lied trying to say that Frx wasn't go to credit me... I emailed the Frx rep, and he denied what the mgr had said. So, after the $$$$$$ I spent there, I'm done and won't ever go back.

first time at a dispensary and was treated like crap.security told me it was a must that I spoke to pharmacist I asked why he told me bc it's pa law.went to Columbia care and was taken care of immediately.

I loved the energy in this dispensary. Sarah was awesome! She was friendly and super helpful. They had a good selection and I felt welcomed there the moment I walked through the door. All round good vibes from this place. Totally recommend!
