They are consistently bad at their delivery. With the pandemic happening some of us rely on this service and I have been screwed over multiple times. Most recently they were out of what I ordered, they didn't even process my order for three hours after I made it. I had $51 worth of stuff, I handed the driver $55 and the driver took my money before handing me my bag and I gave my money thinking my order was right, got inside saw the receipt and noticed they substituted a bunch of things for things I didn't order, they never called me to tell me they were out of product and I had only $41 worth of product so I was out $10. The woman didn't correct my money she just assumed it was a tip. I can't afford to tip $14, especially with such poor service. I called to complain and the guy sounded so high off his rocker he was of no help and said the manager would call me back. This was the most unprofessional situation I have ever been in. They ripped me off entirely. I do not smoke indicas and they gave me a bunch of indica prerolls, this isn't okay. I would not recommend them, they don't seem to give a crap about their customers or customer service. I have had them leave off items before and not tell me and then let me pay the full price.

These guys are great and always have been. I had recently got some bho that was below par and they made it right by giving me good stuff for free. Never had a shop been so nice to me when something like that happens in the last three years of being a medical patient. Go check em out for sure

Today was my first time in a dispensary. Prior to choosing a dispensary, I checked out every one in the Eugene/Springfield area. This one blows every other one away. The location is easy to find, they have the best selection in town (no only rec or only medical strains,) and the staff is extremely friendly. They even haveva discount for returning customers who can keep up with a green plastic bottle. I would however suggest you check the website and not the app, as there were some price discrepancy but the awesome staff did honor the price that I was lead to believe I was getting. All in all, my first trip to any dispensary blew me away. My only only complaint is parking. While its easy to find a spot, I'm not sure if I was parking in the apartments spots. But that is my ONLY complaint.

I made an account just to come warn others about this place. I am a caretaker for my husband but today he decided to go to the dispensary near our home which unluckily was this place. I get a call because (before any money or final sale has been made) he tried to present his medical card. The "employee" told shrugged "sorry, that's the price do you even still want it". I am speechless. During a pandemic and when job security is not guaranteed a rep from this establishment denied him use of his card FOR MEDICINE. Sounds like this place needs to adapt to 2020 and have reputable butenders instead of low level drug dealers. This place is a SCAM.

The budtenders are legit. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Large selection of strains. Kinda feels like black market drug house tho... The hostess up front is horrid. Very rude and seems like she is stoned out of her mind.

Been getting my weed delivered from here for a little while. Ive always seen there free delivery Thursday's advertisement so I decided to get some weed today on thurs but guess what when I try to get them to deliver they're not delivering today on Thursdays even though they say free delivery Thursdays ....what a joke

My first time coming there was less than pleasant. The receptionist hardly said two words, and the people who helped me were not very friendly. The atmosphere was a little unsettling, I did not feel welcome. However the product is great. I figured I would give it a try since they're closer to me. I would be willing to try again on a different day, but I would rather stick to my usual location.

Weird apartment location, but close to home. Decent prices. Open early, a plus for those whose days do not start at 10:00. Staff is cordial, not gushy and retail-phony like some places. Good bud. I like the waterproof, childproof bag they give you -- bring it back for a discount!

Great place, great deals, and the staff always friendly. recommend it to anyone.

Been coming here since 2015 and I've had a quite a few great experiences and a few not so good ones but one thing I've noticed is that weed is great and Billy or Fred are my two favorite people. They always seem to go above and beyond to help me out.

I've been a medical patient for nearly 8 years. And this is my go to place! K9 seems dedicated to providing good quality cannabis products at affordable prices, while treating their customers with respect and dignity. As a veteran. K9 Chronic is amazing; It's easy to locate, the setup very user friendly, Sylvanna and the rest of the staff are so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I went to k9 for the first time based on how early they were opened. And I must admit these guys were definitely the most helpful of all the dispensaries I have visited. Not to mention they gave me a first time buyers hook up too. THANKS FOR THAT. This is my new go to bud store.

Great spot with top quality buds. The staff and owner are very nice and. Check in time is virtually non existent compared to other dispensaries. Some reviews complain about the pre measures sealed bags; I believe it makes total sense and the buds were fresh. I chose the 501st OG (never seen a THC content at 29.7%) and Catatonic and love both. The pricing is reasonable especially for the cbd flowers. Will definitely be going there again.

I want to update my 1st review of this dispensary as my opinion has totally changed. Don't want to be mean so, all I will say is I will never go in here again after trying to give this place try after try, it just didn't work for me.

best service I have had from a shop. the employees are polite and fast at getting you seen to go enjoy some smokey treats and edibles or what ever your heart and lungs desire.

This place has very nice staff, especially Fred. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and will point you in the correct direction if he's unsure about your question. I also love how this place opens up at 7am! It's clean, organized, and they take debit/credit cards.
