Do not visit this store if you need a knowledgeable or empathetic bud tender. Only one type of cbd edible, no cbd heavy vapes, and an apathetic staff that shows little empathy for those with pain or disabilities.

this place is a joke not as knowledgeable as they try to appear they lied and said i was belligerent because I corrected one of their budtenders and his lack of knowledge they're very snotty and boujee you think they're better than everybody honestly f*** this place and if you're a true stoner you would never go to a location like this They don't respect you they are condescending and talk s*** about customers to other customers I've seen it in person

As an employee in the cannabis industry and an avid consumer, I like to check out new shops and what they have to offer in regards to customer service and product quality. I have visited the Beaverton location 3 times now (with new hope and an open - mind) and every time have left just slightly dissatisfied. The first visit was poor customer service, as if the bud tender was perturbed by my questioning. The second visit left me with a gram of GG#4 concentrate that was coated in a funky white powdery color from maybe the silicone container. This left me wondering if the oil had been an older product or just poor quality. Regardless, it was not charming to the eye; however, the oil was effective in potency. Finally, tonight I visited for a third time, and again left dissatisfied. The gram of bud I requested was nothing more than .3 of the gram in stem and the rest of the product was leafy. It was not the end of the jar or poorly trimmed buds , again it was poor customer service and the bus tenders lack of interaction with the customer. Overall, I won't visit this location again.
Not to mention the numerous phone calls I have attempted to make about when they would restock a specific topical. Each time, the same vague answer. Which, again, I work in the industry myself, and know restocking can be fickle. However, with better customer service, my questions could be answered more clearly.

The discrepancy from their online menu to what they offer in their store is very frustrating and misleading. It's impossible to leave there with with what you planned on purchasing. Each time I've went here with something in mind, it's not there and them I'm sold something different at a mysterious price.
My advice for shopping here to avoid feeling ripped off:
Know exactly what you want. Look online and if they don't have the product you wanted, just leave. Don't let them talk you into buying their random suggestions.
Double check the pricing before you leave. I've had it happen twice now where the bud-tender "forgets" to apply the daily discount.
No dispensary really needs 100+ different strains of flower. It's clear your staff struggles to manage the inventory. Please consider streamlining it for the customer's sake.

Menu is never correct, when I call I get the most ridiculous excuses why its wrong. Its called bait an switch guys come on. If you don't care about the atmosphere an employees lacking knowledge come on in. As a medical patient there are many better locations that try harder an not act like black market dealer with a store front. Flower is way to pricey for what they have.

The location is good but I’ve had multiple orders gotten wrong. After a few times I’ve learned you always have to check your product before you leave the store. I was shown some what looked like great oil but when I checked after purchasing it was the wrong product and the oil looked very bad.. very discouraging, very untrusting of their employees now.....

Losing a lot of business from me (OMMP patient) recently due to the lack of upkeep on the menu. Lots of turnover with the staff. Not really a fan of the budtenders who served me the last few times. Handling flowers with their bare hands, it's unnecessary and disgusting. It also seems like their scales are off a bit. Kaleafa has always felt super transactional, but it was still tolerable until they stopped updating their menu online. Now it's definitely not worth the trip since I'm flying totally blind.

super disappointed in kaleafa. point system was down for over a month. i asked if i would be accruing points even with the system merging and they assured me i would be on multiple visits. i spent over $200 during this time and saved up somewhere near $200 in loyalty points(trying to catch a deal) now they’re telling me that the points were not accruing while they were merging systems like they thought. no answer as to if they’d be righting that with their customers....definitely would not have been buying their overpriced shake and oil if i had known this.

prices are AWESOME and people are cool. The budtender was chill and had nice things to say about another dispensary on the way to beach and recommend them. That's what's up!!!

On my 2nd visit here, I was sadly disappointed. First time was great, but I recieved annoying customer service today. Jesse was possibly having a bad day, but it seems from previous reviews that this may be a regular thing for him.
I spent a moment reviewing the menu, and selected an option that I've liked before. He informed me that I was "in luck that my choice was in stock, cuz the menu board is outdated. He told me they sell a lot of weed and he spends 40 hours a week with the stuff so he knows a lot." (crickets) He didn't share any info about jars he plopped down on the counter, so i stood there with awkward silence trying to decide for myself how to spend my money. I got some flower, but wanted more..... I couldn't really wait to get out. This place efffed up my mood, when i went looking for a mood boost. Hopefully customer service becomes a focus, because it hurt business revenue today.
On a positive note, my partner has only had good experiences here, and I really enjoyed my first visit to this shop. I may return, but I'm not in any hurry to do so. They seem to have enough business.

Been going to Kaleafa for flower, which has been great. However, I went a few days ago and wanted to try concentrate for the first time. Had a completely different experience. Poor customer service from a person who knew absolutely nothing about concentrates and I was given some random hybrid FlavrX concentrate cart that I didn't really see until after I paid. It was in a beat up and slightly torn box, looked like the box had sat there forever. The Cart inside had faded letters and leaked all over the place. What a waste of $58 and it makes me really reluctant in coming back to Kaleafa.

MATT BE DAT DUDE!!! Here's the scoop; I go in talking to Matt about cartridge problems and he says bring it back if it doesn't work. I bought a cheap $30ish gram cartridge and a few days later it's so clogged I can't draw through it. 3 weeks later I'm telling Matt about my struggle and buying two different cartridges, he says bring that old one in, he tries it says it's clogged, FULL REFUND. Now I know it was my fault for buying cheap but it should still work and he agreed. This place has the dank, it's got the oil, and now I see it has great customer service. I'll be back weekly for that $1 gram and more oil.

Super clean and friendly staff. Not my first time in, but these guys are killing the competition. Great to see a nice shop pop up in a friendly neighborhood walking distance from my house. Matt Stewart was my budtender and was extremely helpful! Will come back for sure.

This is my favorite shop to go to. Great product great staff usualy. Been a couple months since i came in and the place has changed alot. I walked in and no greeting Wasnt as welcoming as before. Let that go and went into the main room. A female staff was very uninviting and when i told her what i was looking for she rolled her eyes and showed me jars of product that was not what i asked for ( indica maybe hybrid but i needed indica) she assumed my price range and gave me attitude when i asked for top shelf. I touched a jar to smell not knowing the rules had changed and she snapped at me and grabbed the jar from my hands saying rudely i cant touch the jars. I work customer service and get that its annoying but be decent about it at least. I decided i no longer wanted to be in the store and quickly made a product choice. She threw the buds on the scale and glared the whole time. Love this shop and i tend to only shop here when im out. Edger is awsome and the other staff are always helpful i dont know if she was having a bad day but buying this product should be a good expirence. This time was not. She acted like my minimal questions where a burden. Too bad might think twice about coming whre again with her attitude

Location was not to bad , the front staff was very pleasant. The back was really cool setup . My main complaint is that when I asked for a menu the person helping me was very vague and after I explained I’m dyslexic and the screens were to much, I need something to read that’s not moving , he did not seem to care . I will not come back .

Ok I come here often but there is a female that works there that is so rude I don’t know why I go back probably because you have good strains. I just want people to be aware that there are over 400 dispensaries in Oregon, we can go to another one if not treated well. And there are plenty in the Beaverton area.

Everything about this dispensary is top of the line. The people are very friendly, helpful and actually know what they are talking about when it comes to weed. If you’ve never been to a dispensary, this is the one to try. Great deals as well.

They have many strains to choose from and great prices. Service was awesome and the environment was really welcoming. Definitely coming back :)

So for the prices, and selection- this place is amazing. However, they definitely need to do a re-evaluation of their staff. A couple ladies that work here act as though helping you is such a huge job. Yes, weed sells itself but that doesn’t mean you should forget about customer service.
