Totally unprofessional, cant keep their menu updated and outright lie about price + availability. First time in, not coming back, especially since there is 10x better service and selection down the road.

Super patient with all our questions and needs, as we were very particular in what we were looking for. He was very helpful in finding the right product for us as well as helping find a replacement product for the item that I wanted that was out of stock. All around super pleased with his service and thankful for his time!

gosh I love all the people here. Brandon Gabby, even the new hires.. they are always awesome. this is my first dispensary and they have put many others to shame. they have taught me everything so far for being brand new to bud at 30. not everything about bud but deff I currently know. and the simple face they act like humans and treat me as a human is rather nice.

First impression was very nice! right when you walk in you're greeted by the receptionist (Michael is the guy who's typically up there when I come in!) Hes extremely friendly and as the first face you see when you come in I think that's important! He set a good vibe before I got into the dispensary and let me know that since it was my first time to ask the budtender for a discount! How awesome, I would've never known. Its a big place with ALOT of options. I go here vs all the other places now.

The bud tender Jacobi is amazing! He always gives good recommendations. I love the $90 ounce deals the store provides 3 times a week. The store is clean and the staff is welcoming. I highly recommend checking out this dispensary yourself.

I did a online order and went to pick up and had to sign in and wait, so what’s the point?? Also the weed I got was shake and tons of stems, won’t be back there are way to many shops in the area.

Had a good first time experience. Was given a 10% discount for first time and also another discount for having my MWP which is awesome! I got Durban Poison and Kush Mints both were recommended by budtender. I really enjoy the flower and the experience. It was a little hard to hear Budtender because he was wearing a mask but overall it was still a good experience while maintaining social distance.

The employees are obviously not taking their job seriously, and its ruined my experience the past few weeks I've been in there. There has been multiple cases where I was sent home with the wrong strain because they have duplicate names, and don't listen enough to know which brand you're asking for. They have full display cases but none of the ones you ask for are ever in stocks, they just refuse to remove it from the display case. I'll have to find another location nearby.

Everyone there is so nice! I go in to get dabs (great selection btw) and all the employees give me good suggestions. Plus saving up points to get money off your next purchase is a game changer. Best dispensary in Oregon City!

I was very disappointed with the fact that the special that is advertised on all of their signage for today was highly misleading. It was advertised as half gram pre rolls for a dollar. When I walked in and attempted to buy one of said pre rolls I was turned away because apparently you have to spend $5 in order to get that discount. It does not say that anywhere visibly near the signs that state what the special is. This is what is known as a loss leader. Very disappointing

Continuously have great experiences with Ben. He gives great recommendations and always makes sure I walk away with the best value. I'm very indecisive and sometimes ask a lot of questions but he's never once rushed or pressured me or seemed annoyed. He's absolutely an asset to your team and deserves praise and a raise! I have been to every single dispensary in Oregon City. Kaleafa is by a mile my favorite. They ALWAYS have a great selection. Best prices in town and super friendly staff.

Super easy pickup. Had a bit of trouble with a Leafly but the pickup went smooth! I am grateful they offer a pickup service. I am older and don’t need to be around a bunch of people. I was in and out less than 2 minutes
