By far my favorite dispensary in the Reno/Sparks area. Always good quality products, along with a friendly and educated staff! Prices are always affordable.

Ordered shake but turned out to be more like bottom/popcorn buds which is totally awesome for what we need it for! Super efficient and well stocked! Ways away from our house but it was worth the drive for the Product and price

The atmosphere here is great! Not many people here when I visited so that is a plus. Unfortunately even though they had the strains displayed that I had wanted, they were out of stock. Huge bummer driving from reno. Staff was nice!

Great environment for a dispensary! You are greeted the moment you leave your car and taken care of quite attentively! The specials are good enough to bring you in and make you hit up that atm! The flower is great quality, edibles are available and very tasty. I recommend a brownie or two! The CBD selection over-all is very limited, they have a small variety of concentrates which are new to me! This seems like a business getting off the ground and by the looks of it, they are going to own the area!

bought 1 pre roll on sunday and ot got clogged and wouldnt smoke half way through, no probem its walkong distance so igo back on monday and bought 3 more pre rolls smoked the first got clogged again half way, didnt want to make a big deal so smoke #2, and the same problem by now im mad called up, all they offerd was 10% discount wich is nothing i spent $45 on pre rolls that smoked like crap and all i get is 10% f u. BOGO on next pre sounds about right. thats the last $ they get from me cant even roll joints...

You will not get the same flower that you picked when you purchase. Three consecutive times received far lower quality flower than in the display, and twice was not even close to the same strain. Budtenders had little knowlege of product, but that is nothing compared to bait-and-switch operations.

I love kanna because the staff here is incredible! They're always very professional, exceptionally helpful, and patient with my many questions. Product here always meets my expectations, and I never feel rushed. Most importantly, I'm always happy walking out of here:)

I've been here multiple times this week, I come in and try a few strains and I already have a few favorites. This place is the real deal. Great design and awesome people that know a lot about what they are selling.

Went recently and there isn't much to like about this place. 1.) Samples are in glass cases and very difficult to examine, especially when staff doesn't even offer a closer look. 2.) The basic pricing and daily specials is an exercise in smoke and mirrors that prevents you from knowing how much you're spending until staff tallies it. 3.) The weed is not fresh...one of the products that I wanted to buy was harvested in March! I don't care about the dispensary's architectural design, parking lot, staff friendliness, etc...all I want is high quality weed at a good price without all the confusion that this place throws at its customers.

Great people and appropriate prices for weed! Needs more 10 G options, but most of the time have good deals. Favorite clinic location in Reno!

2nd Review for kanna and still progressing even after recreational has ruined it for us medical patients kanna has not done away with our discounts or raised prices like all others really making it so i can still afford my meds and the quality is superb thank you one of two dicent dispensarys in town how about stocking some shake

Easy to find. Came from out of town. Staff was super friendly and helpful, assisted me with exactly what I needed. Relaxed cool atmosphere. Will definatley return to Kanna when I am in the area.

I came to Reno from California with no medical Marijuana because I was concerned about driving with it. Since they now take any states prescription in Reno, I was hoping to find good medicine. After dealing with a horrible delivery service, I had a friend take me here. Not what I expected at all. It reminded me of a high scale coffee shop, in Europe. The tender found me some incredible ACDC that had more CBD than anything I've ever tried. Very potent lemon smell and helped my Lupus(leg shakes) tremendously. I slept like a child. Thank you.
