Beautiful buds, huge selection, On my first visit, I just didn't get the quality medicine I need for my FM pain and my budtendress (gorgeous and kind!) sadly didn't seem interested to help me with finding a better match. I felt a little too old to be inside, loud music and after two different strains, still not high and in pain :(

i have been going there for awhile now and in my opinion karmaceuticals is going down hill THE BUD IS GRADE B,WHAT THEY NEED IS A GOOD BUD TENDER THAT SELLS YOU YOUR PRODUCT AND KNOWS WHATS SHE IS TALKING ABOUT!

This place is great and has been for a while, but it seems like the bud-quality has been steadily decreasing over time and is largely inconsistent.

What a wonderful experience I had here! I called ahead of time and they were so friendly and informative and even called me back to let me know about this incredible Appalachian Mud Squid strain high in THC and CBD. They held it for me and I ended up getting lost and they were so accommodating and patient with me. Very knowledgeable and caring and professional staff! (Shana?) The Live Resin was exquisite and the deals are the best anywhere I've found. Customer Service is a BIG deal to me as a medical patient and I will be making the trip across town from now on rather than deal with people trying to hurry me out of their Colfax locations. I visited this shop a few times now and they are a hidden gem they have some of the best concentrates at very fair prices they take care of their regulars I saw a nice young man in a SYF dead shirt politely in the nicest way possible try to hurry along an out of town shopper who clearly had no clue what they wanted there was a lobby full of waiting clients who did know what they wanted she was rude to him but I'm sure the whole lobby was Grateful :-) I know I was....

I called and asked about prices, and they mentioned 60 for a half and 100 OTD OZ. I showed up, and the female budtender raised the price of $20 dollars. I mentioned the call 20 minutes before, and she mentioned the price change from person to person. She did say she will honor price I was told, but why was the prices raised in the 1st place?? That's shady, and I left because I won't support a business that changes the price from person to person based on likeability ! I called back and informed the manager of the interaction only to be told I didn't understand the price or something and that she didn't try to overcharge me $20. Wow. Speechless

This place blows. The budtender told me "Sorry we only carry GMO and dont have any cookies stains" when I requested GMO Cookies. Hate to break it to you, you very unknowledgable budtender, they are the same thing. They also had other stains that have cookies strains as part of them. Please dont waste your time like I did. Drove 40 minutes to get there, after calling and making sure they had it (loose flower by the gram) and when I for there they had almost all the flower in cans. Also lowest thc %'s i have ever seen.
