Not a long wait great customer service

Flower is good but service and atmosphere not the best.

Been coming here for years, they recently raised the prices of many of their eighths to 45/55 bucks. They had been around 30 bucks at first, then 35 and now jumping up to 55 bucks for something id pay 35 bucks for 2 weeks ago is ridiculous. Even though i have been a long time customer and they treat me well I cant abide this kind of price gouging, its not right especially when this is medicine for people. If the grow company is fucking you around dont work with them you owe it to your customers to keep prices relatively reasonable. I wont be coming back here at all until they fix their prices. Its not worth 55 bucks an eighth Ill tell you that much right now.

I used to love this dispensary they are kinda pricey but use to have good quality so I'd pay the extra... last flower I got form them smoked a whole gram and not even a body high to help the pain. plus if you order on leafy even if you tell them you ordered online you'll still wait like you didn't express order. and staff is rude.

Keep it frosty and you will forever have my business.

An older friend was having severe pain in his back. He called to ask if I knew what he could do (he’s not a cannabis user, so I knew he was hurting BAD!) I quickly contacted NOVA to get some MUV transdermal patches, which my wife & I delivered to him. I know he will get relief ( I also took flower, a pipe, salve, and some edibles ). I called to place an express order because I couldn’t place it online because you have to be 21 to make an account even though there are plenty of patients under 21 like myself and when I called the guy was extremely rude and would not do me the courtesy of holding my order for me because I am at work and didn’t want the things to be gone by the time I got there later in the day. He wouldn’t let me talk to a manager and he hung up on me at the end of the call. I’ve been here before and never had any issues but this is super uncalled for.

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with this place!! They were super friendly and the service was great! The sweet blonde woman outside that was checking people in had a great vibe and was very helpful. Then when I got inside, the guy was very down to earth and helped me understand which Wyld edibles were good for my specific needs. Not to mention that the sales are great! Today I'm going back for the 2nd time :D

Really cute waiting room, and I was out the door in no time. Service was friendly and quick. This was my first time at this specific dispensary, and it won't be the last :)

Colin is fantastic 🐐 , Nova is my go to dispensary! Amazing quality and good quality buds, all depends on the ammount you are trying to spend. All around a great little dispensary, and i wish nothing but growth for the Nova dispensary

I still come here even after having so many problems with my orders. They do have the cheapest selection of Canamo in a 5 mile radius, they also have a good selection. I do want to see some TLC when posting stuff on their menu. I know they don't do it on purpose, but they'll list a strain as 0.5-1g when it's only in slabs. Another common listing mistake is putting regular strain as value strains.

good clean dispensary with quality products and pricing

the atmosphere was actually so hectic it started to give me anxiety. i went in on a day it was BOGO FREE MPX concentrates and i got charged for BOTH of the grams i got. I asked for my student discount after he told me it was $64.80 and then he claimed he added the discount and then told me the changed price which ended up being $70.10...? doesnt add up. i wouldnt go to this dispensary again and i wouldnt recommend it to a friend.

dry weed..no good taste..very disapointed but it did get me high. just horrible taste and overall quality :( on 2 diff strains

FTP review - drove from the far west valley to get some Tyson OG and the great pre-420 prices. The bald receptionist guy has zero people skills. After the long drive and waiting time (sale = longer wait, no worries) they don't have a restroom. The blond budtender guy was friendly and informative, which made up for the front side of the store. Though the flower is a tad dry, it's not enough to be concerned about. Its effects, taste, etc. are spot on like Tyson always is. If I'm on that side of town and they have a strain I like, I'll come back. I've been to many MMJ stores and this one ranks somewhere in the middle.

people were great but I am totally disappointed with the bud. it is so dry it literally crumbled between my fingers. sad it is close to home but I won't go back.

Lobby sucks, vibes are off, receptionist seems tired and bored. I feel uncomfortable, music sucks

They only have good strains for 3 hours on fridays until they sell out. Besides that the rest of the weed is garbage and they always short you. They weigh it before it dries my 8th weighed 3.2 smh. They should probably get more good weed and less of the trash they have.
