Great place! Staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable! It is always a pleasant experience! 😊👌

Shop has a decent selection of flower and concentrate to chose from. Ryan is especially friendly and we greatly thank him for that. New security guy however is a jerk! We liked and miss the previous guy! But as a first face to greet a customer, I would make a change. Guy asked me to get my dying father out of the car to verify his identity!! Has given attitude the last and only two times we've seen him. Hoping that stops or our business will. Sincerely, GFB

Web site orders work better than any other system I've found i the area. The selection for concentrates and vape medical products is excellent. Flower is harder to purchase at top quality but that appears to be more market demand and short supply as I've found the same situation at their competitors. The staff is friendly, quick and courteous. Eva is very fast and always brings me my change even when I ask her to keep a tip. They call to check my order they always provide detailed knowledge about each product they carry and how it's processed and packaged. So far they they have exceed expectations. There is another option with a competitor close to me where they do allow you to go into the dispensary, but their web orders lag Keystone. In fact you have to call. Personally I'd prefer to wait in my car, so I've stuck with Keystone even though it's a further drive. I prefer this location over the other 2, but all are decent.

Great dispensary. They have a great selection with an extremely knowledgeable staff. They truly make the experience a pleasant one from the ease of its online ordering system to its patrons greeting you at the door with a smile. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the Devon location (only place I’ve visited so far) is amazing. They treat their patients with care and compassion. They didn’t make me feel awkward for either my lack of knowledge or (and it would have been justifiable) showing up with 20 minutes left to close and for the first time. Clean and professional location. So happy and will return.

Exceptional staff

hi all. I have chronic pains like many of you. I'm on several meds and other treatments. keystone was the first dispensary I tried. and I never looked back. We absolutely love this place. We've purchased from all 3 locations and everyone is always helpful, professional and courteous. I dont know where I would be if it not been for the quality of products. Thanks guys for everything.

Keystone Devon always has a good selection of various products/strains. Everyone I've spoken to there has been kind and informative. Have never been inside due to Covid-19 procedures. The curbside pickup runs smoothly and I like that I can place an online order and have it ready to go when I get there. Would recommend this place to everyone.

A bunch of morons work there I put an order in. On line to save time It said it would be $147 Then when I got ther I inquired about senior discount and they said I can receive some then they billed. Me $165 I asked what was wrong and it seem like somebody picked the wrong Madison I was there an hour and a half the girl was so nervous she was horrible. I go to lots of dispensaries and have a lot a good relationships. At first they blamed it on the technology, but then they admitted that someone picked the wrong item I will never shop here again due to the incompetence

All of the staff is wonderful-- v knowledgeable on various strains and methods of consumption. The doctor is so kind and comforting! Everyone makes me feel really welcomed, including the main desk/security. They all deserve the acknowledgment, I never leave unhappy!
