this is my 2nd favorite location to go they always seem to have a nice selection staff is alwasy super helpful an polite if it was closet to home might be my number 1 but they also need a rewards program

Top Dispensary within Montgomery and Chester County Area. Staff works amazingly by keeping positive attitude towards patients during all interactions.

Easy online ordering, and very pleasant staff that get you in and out quickly. Also, great discounts weekly and for first time visitors, would definitely recommend!

Friendly environment and employees

I placed my order for 3 Specific products around 12pm I set for pick up between 6-7 pm. Within that 7 hour time frame they neglected to call or text me and tell me they don’t have what I ordered. I drove a hour to get there just to find that out. It takes 30 seconds to place a call or a text but no! Who failed to do the 1 job they had??????? They waited till I got there to do a bait and switch! I thought that was only in car sales but it seems like it made it over to this industry! Smh! Go to herbology! They never let me down they are always on point especially with online orders!! Buyers don’t waste your time here!

This was my first dispensary I visited once I received my card and was not at all disappointed. I wish went on my first visit with more time to spare to ask all the questions I had as born-again THC consumer. The staff, atmosphere and products are top notch. I’ve even left with some Keystone swag at times, stickers, water bottles and I’ve seen some customers get a sweat comfy blanket that I would love to get my hands on !!! Thank you Keystone Shops for your active community participation also!!!!! Much love fam!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Consultation was brief, but helpful. John was informed, and his recommendation was spot on. The medicine I called to reserve was ready and waiting. Checkout was smooth.

The wait time can be a bit long.... Great place though great products

Wait time was too long. Sat in the waiting room with 7 other people. I waited, waited and waited without a single word from the man behind the desk. I asked how long is the wait time. He said smartly "a few more minutes". After more than a few minutes I asked for my card back and left.

This is my go to shop! The staff is so friendly & knowledgeable. The pharmacist there makes great recommendations to fit your needs. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone; whether it’s your first time going, or want to try some place new.

Everyone is very nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They take as much time as needed to make sure that the medicine you are getting is what is best for you and your conditions.
