We were in the neighborhood for dinner and low on a couple things in our medicine cabinet, so decided to pop in for a refill. Showed up 35 min before closing and handed the budtender my medical card with my ID. "Do you *really* want me to take the time to enter this in right now, or...?" Yes, dude. I had cancer. This is not just a thing I carry around. I'm sorry if it's an imposition. Shop had a decent selection of clones and some nicer flower but the display wasn't particularly effective and top shelf strains seemed expensive. Then the tender (same guy who didn't seem too happy about putting my medical card in the system) tried to upsell me when I decided on some of their sale flower. Also didn't make change correctly. Overheard another exchange between a customer seeking a product that would help her son with his ADHD and the other budtender in the shop was not steering her in an appropriate direction. If you're a medical customer or would like to have a conversation with your budtender about medical applications, steer clear.

Kind heart is an awesome patient friendly dispensary. They know about conditions, they have clean concentrates at affordable donations and nice medibles. I always get a deal when I go in. So awesome to have a new place in north Portland

Awesome neighborhood dispensary with seriously high quality products. went in looking to try some new concentrates, ended up hanging out and looking at some of the most gorgeous buds i have ever seen. Josh and Marcus were extremely nice, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Top quality organic products, i will definitely be back.

Loved this shop right up until rec. I'm mainly a flower buyer, and the pre packaging thing sucks. My buds have been dry and crammed together the last few trips. I know it's more conventional but it's simply not the proper way to store top shelf herb. Also we know all nugs are not created equal, will any of my buds look like the sample?will it weigh correctly? Not questions I like to ask about my meds. Will always be back for clones. Clones are unmatched

Very neat, and nicely organized store with live starts,dry flowers trimmed just right,medibles, and, yes, even ice cream.Everything was clearly labeled with strain, components,recommended use, and results of lab tests for mold or pesticides.A bit on the commercial side with prices averaging about $200/oz.

Great selection of oils, flowers and edibles. Very reasonable donation fees. They always have a couple good 25 $ donation eighths. Friendly knowledgeable service and just in general a cool laid back environment.

There's a moratorium in Beaverton, so whenever I choose to drive into Portland for medicine, I check for product and deals on Leafly. I entered and the reception was friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and had lots of good reading materials. The bud tender was a nice young man, but when I asked about the free medible for 1st timers, he said they were out of that and the pre-rolls that they usually give for 1st visit. He was going to compensate by adding weight to the flower I came to purchase, but it didn't look that tight, so my enthusiasm was beginning to fade. So I asked about the Ice Cream that was advertised in Leafy to contain 333 mg/THC for $15. He pulled it out of the freezer, but it was only 64 mg/THC. Whether it was intentional or not, I was very disappointed by the false advertising and decided to leave.

after trying different oils for my vape pen with poor results the young man who helped me recommended Clarity concentrates. I will never buy any other kind. This stuff is the best!!! Thanks!

Definitely a must to visit. Excellent budtenders, responsive to phone calls and really great.

I really liked this place, they had really nice staff who were both friendly and knowledgeable. Add a great selection to that and you have a "must go" location if you are in the area!
