I went looking for this place and I'm so glad I did. Great neighborhood and parking is a breeze. The building is a pleasant surprise stepping in both rooms. I'm a sucker for that zen thing. They did a nice job on the place. I like that they have pre-rolls in every flavor plus the price and size of them. Great product. Super great service!! Easy to make this one your regular stop.

About atmosphere, it is a very clean place, but it feels a bit sterile, too. Add some decor? A bit of color? A record player with records that customers can choose to play in the store?

I live right next door to a dispensary and still drive to Kind Heart for the excellent selection and help. I usually am helped by Josh who is knowledgeable and friendly. This is my favorite place!

I had been to several Portland dispensaries and was always left disappointed by their unwelcoming facilities, poor selections, and inhospitable staff. Therefore I had low expectations walking into Kind Heart, the whole purpose of me venturing into yet another Portland dispensary was because of a voucher purchased for their location during 'Portland Weed Week'. The store front is a bit deceiving, making the location appear small and dark. Walking in through the doors however is a large well lit waiting area, and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately ended her conversation with her fellow peer to greet me and check me in. I was then ushered into another set of doors and again immediately greeted by Joel and Nathan, the two gentlemen working the contours that evening. The back room was very well lit and spacious, and one of the walls had a shelf with several small potted plants happily growing away. Joel, my attendant for the evening, was quite knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I took a moment to take in the information he provided and to make my decision. I walked in for some 'Gorilla Glue' but walked out with 'Future' and 'Green Crack'; I spent a little more than intended and happily forked over my special $2 bill to cover the balance of my tab. Later in the evening I tried 'Future' and was blown away; Joel had not been kidding when he said 'it will definitely make you see the future!' Ha!! Thank you, 'Kind Heart Collective', for restoring my faith in Portland dispensaries.

Being a fairly new customer here, it was particularly bad luck, that the first two cartridges I bought here both went bad. (I won't out the oil company, as I've generally had a lot of luck with them.) But despite being a fairly new customer, they dealt with the problem, and took proper care of it. They have a nice tidy store, and a good selection. A few different brands of concentrates, that I plan to sample. I haven't pursued the flower much, but there's a lot of selection there. And they've got some nice low price edibles. Great shop. A service to the neighborhood.

Killer shop awesome atmosphere. All the guys are extremely nice and friendly. They won't push you to getting anything you don't want. They also have the BIGGEST selection of YUMMY clones. I have at least 6 of their strains and I'll tell you what. These are top notch huge monsters. Every clone I have gotten here has blown up! Huge thick stems. Go check them out guys
