Been a customer since 2013 and am always satisfied with the way they do business. COVID has definitely changed the way they operate but it will eventually pass and I’ll be there on the other side.

Kind love is the only dispensary I will go to from now on and it’s almost an hour away from where I live. The staff is always helpful and kind and they always have the one product I love, and help when I’m interested in knowing about others. The set up in store is welcoming and I love that they have menus with what they have in stock.

Comfortable venue - Pricey but accommodating to the area's income level and you are paying for the quality. Member donations run at about $40 1/8. The one thing that really stood out to me, was the absolutely amazing customer service which you don't come by as often anymore. I appreciate that, as it seems to fit the name at least.

Starting my fifth year cultivating and got a another great batch of clones last week from the Alameda Rec store, staff super friendly and helpful, always a pleasure~! Marshmallow OG starting off really strong in the nursery, Sans Souci too. Always found good genetics well worth the price. DoobieBird Daydream was a real bargain and in just a week is growing fast, tall and slender; looking forward to the experience with some strong Thai heritage.

I honestly do not think Kind Love lived up to the hype when I went. Felt like they looked at me and didn't consider me a real patient. The service was honestly very below par. Yes they do have a extremely large selection of concentrates but who cares when the bud tenders don't tell you anything specific about them. I felt like they just wanted to rush me and get me out of there as fast as they could. Of course the hash is green dot labs so it's quality but they make you pay 45 a gram just for white label because it's their nug. IMO not worth spending 45 dollars for. Just feel like they looked at me because of my age and didn't care about what I needed. Not worth the money or the drive out there. Probably not coming back.

It was my first time buying recreationally here and after a really long day at work, getting off late and showing up after 7pm was in a bit of a fog. They hooked me up with a 15% discount for being a medical card holder and if I were a member, it would have been 25%. That's nice to know that I can still get a bit of a medical discount after hours. Jake was absolutely awesome with helping me out. My total ended up being $61 & change and I had only taken out $60 and he grabbed $2 from the tip jar without hesitation and helped me out. I will be back again, no doubt, and next time I'll have extra cash in my pocket for the tip jar. Thanks Jake!

Kind Love has become my home for medical bud. They have good prices for their quality of bud, which is top of the line. The shop it self is a pain in the butt to get to but it is well worth it, the interior is really nicely done with a clean upscale bud bar with a daily menu at each station. They're always stocked with bud and that's pretty much all I pay attention to anyways. My favorites so far are Cookies and Cream, Chem #4 and I'm still settling on an indica but the bud are always frosty and potent. What sets Kind Love apart for me is the budtenders, I had Jacqueline and she was fantastic, answered all of my questions and our bud interests were similar so it was super easy for her to help me out, and her recommendations have been on point so far. There is another male budtender who I'm blanking on his name but he is also awesome. Totally friendly place and tons of strains at a great price, no need to look any further folks.
