Kure Wellness - Lake Mendocino

I have shopped at Kure for years. Weed. Concentrates. Edibles. Thousands of dollars. I went to the State Street location 2 days ago, after buying 2 bad batteries from another club. I purchased a Papa Herb branded battery. $16… something and change, plus tax. I put it on the charger. When the charger was green, I used the pen for a 24 hour period. I charged it again and used an alternate battery for the next day. I then went back to the Papa Herb battery. Dead. No output. I put it back on the charger. Three red blinks, followed by 19 red blinks. Charger remained green. No output. Brought it back to Kure for what should have been a simple exchange. Kure refused, saying that I must be “a member” to get them to replace a brand new battery. I called the lake Mendocino location and the woman was combative. Way to go! Great business decision! Being a “customer” isn’t enough for the proprietor of Kure. To be treated as a valued customer, one must be a “member”. Avoid this company. There are too many better choices.
