I am personally not a smoker, but I have been in the shop several times in support of my husband, who smokes to assist with his PTSD. I I have seen a significant difference in calmness within my husband,who has seeked the assistance of the staff. Which have assisted him in choosing the correct kind. Great quality, incredibly reasonable prices, lots of variety, simple, clean interior, budtenders who are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Don't listen to entitled whiners who expect the world for $100 an ounce, just do yourself a favor and get some tasty, high quality bud from La Mota. LEGAL WEED AT LAST.

Nice place and very clean. I enjoy the staff and seen them be very helpful to first time smokers and just the uneducated. I would recommend this shop to any one interested in purchasing herb.

The outside is perfect for this quiet town. Very discrete and pleasant. Unfortunately the inside was just as dreary. Check-in window also gives you a glimpse of inside. Their bud was ok, so decided not to buy. Edibles are crap (I'm Medical) so also passed on them. Overall the staff was kinda knowledgeable, and very eager to help. I would recommend putting some $$ into your dispensary and having a better selection of Meds. Overall, I would give it a second chance if in the area.

Clean, open environment, great atmosphere. Friendly staff who were full of knowledge, jokes and reviews for certain strains. No glass for sale which rockaway does not have a glass shop so be prepared to travel if you didn't bring one, they have a few cards for smoke shops in the area. Going to there Portland store next! Recommend the lemon kush or jack herrer

Nice, open and well-lit shop, Great selection! Lots of parking if you know where it is (across the street) I have had many transactions will 4 different budtenders and they were all very pleasant. The overall vibe of the place is very welcome and caring. I've witnessed several customers who weren't sure what they wanted get directed to the answers they sought with several strain options at various price levels. I've also watched the budtender clipping the lower stem off of each nug to make weight. The prices are slightly higher than some stores in the city but that can be said for every product at every store in Rockaway Beach, you pay a little more at the beach, but after buying gas and lunch I don’t save much going over the hill. They get a lot of strains that don't appear on Leafly.com yet and some of them have become my favorites. I can’t pass this place if it’s open, I have to stop and get a treat.

This was my first visit to the newly opened (about a week) Dispensary. The atmosphere is a bit sterile, but the budtender was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for concentrates and flowers and they have a large selection of both at very good prices. My purchases have proved to be of very good quality. Add in the convenient location and I will be back.
