I only wish they could state on the online menu if the flower is sativa or indica. Many of us drive a long ways to purchase meds, to some if us, it's very important to have this info before possibly wasting a trip. PLEASE AND THANK YOU. K.

Pieter was helpful and knowledgeable on my most recent visit, as are all staff members every time my wife or I come in. Every visit to Lake Effect is a great experience!

Love Lake Effect, mostly great products flower, wax, and carts are amazing. But awhile back I ended up getting some Crown Caps but sadly ended up disappointed. 10mg a piece and have to take 6 of them to get anything out of it. Will be going back to Lake Effect, won't be getting any Crown Caps again.

This was my first visit, actually, my first time at a dispensary. I was kindly welcomed and treated with the upmost respect. The interactions between the co-workers was very nice. I could tell there wasn’t any drama there. This helped make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Jeff introduced me to your products and points system. He answered all questions and helped me make my selection. I bought some gummies. The effects of them are great but, the flavor could use some improvement. I felt like I was eating a shot of booze. I’m not a fan of alcohol so the surprise burst of it was a little off putting. That’s why I gave the quality 4 stars. With that being said, I definitely would come back and recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

Service is great, quality is good, have lots of options, very very pricey though. I am from out of state and I am staying in the Kalamazoo/portage area and I didn’t think to drive elsewhere for medical marijuana, but after checking prices in Lansing, go there. Prices are much cheaper, worth the gas money to go get cheaper products that are as good or better. Especially oil cartridges.

Bought 5 oz and every one of them were 1.1 grams short wasn’t to happy about that but they are gonna make it up and the people were really nice so we will see from here on

Waited 20 mins for an order that was supposedly ready while other people that arrived later came and went. The only apology that I got was an “it happens.” Well apparently “it happens” pretty frequently, as this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.

Great place. The bud tenders are nice but not really helpful. You wonder if they have been told to say as little as possible. Perhaps because our state regs and licensing is still uncertain? The most Mary's Meds I have seen and that is a good thing.

I was faithful to this place but they told us they wasnt going recreational but they did,charge taxes,raised prices,and let us medical patients down and I really liked the place it WAS a great place.

Very polite and courteous and covered masks and gloves, which I appreciated. I had a mask and gloves on too.
