The bud tender accidentally rang up more than I wanted. She told me the amount and I handed her money. I thought about it and said that it was wrong, but because she hit the register button and closed the sale, I had to buy what was rang up!!! No refunds. I hadn’t even taken possession of anything yet !!!! Why not void the sale and start over ? What if I couldn’t pay for it ? And it put me in a bind with other expenses!!!! Not a happy camper right now !!!! Bad form Latitudes 🤨

The only thing I disliked, and this has only happened once, was I mistook the stock photo shown for a product on the menu for a moon rock and it was a concentrate — but then the concentrate was pretty phenomenal so I can’t really complain. The product photo was just a little misleading and I should have asked about the product in store. The staff are always so helpful and kind and upbeat, they always brighten my day and make an already great experience even better. I love the variety in products whereas some of the other local dispensaries only have a few items — Latitude has SO many options to choose from for flower, edibles, concentrates, and more. Latitude has become my favorite local dispensary by far.
