customer service!!!! the awesome and beautifull lady that seems like the boss should be the only person allowed to interact with the customers or she needs to train the rest of the tenders. especially dude with the beard, is your smile broken or something. im sorry for bothering you with my order.

This is the best place I have been in! the customer service is fantastic! I can't believe it when I go in everyone who works there knows my name! Its awesome! The bud they have is AMAZING! I have literally never seen anything like it in other clubs! It not only has the look of what you want but the taste and effects are there as well! Simply the best I have ever had and I have had a lot! I would recommend this place over all others! You all ROCK and having amazing compassion! I love you! Let me just say again how much I love this place. Bunch of new faces and each one of the budtenders seem to really care about you as a customer. I can't recommend this place enough.

Easily the best dispensary in the area. The atmosphere is professional but chill, making it a world away from the typical McLoughlin dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The donation rate is amazing, it always feels like you're getting more than you put in for quality wise. I am making this my regular spot from now on. :]

Absolutely loved the atmosphere! Very classy, thoughtfully designed. Friendly customer service! Meds appear to be of very high quality! Thrilled with the lab results being printed and attached to the product. Also! I think its great the door and parking area are discreet, off of 99E/McLoughlin blvd. I doubt I'll be going anywhere else from now on.

Seriously, terrrrrrible and painful customer service... I understand personal policy for the business but it’s not a general rule for Oregon that as you being the receptionist you can’t leave the reception desk and that you can’t place someone on hold for less than a min to go peek in and see if there’s a box full of joints behind the counter.. I didn’t like my experience the first time I went in and I was about to drive almost a half hour to this location just to buy a 10pk if Tko js but the girl on the phone was insistent that I either be placed on hold or call back?? Like, I literally just told you I would be driving a half hour to come spend money at your store, the least you could do is just pop over to the budtending room and double check whether or not the item is there since it wasn’t available online for the customer to see... terrible customer service.. for many reasons but especially that I won’t be returning.

Little Amsterdam has friendly knowledgeable staff in a professional environment. They set the bar for dispensaries with a large selection of medications and answers to any questions or concerns you may have.

I've always had a good experience here and the selection is great! Friendly and knowledgable staff as well. This is going to be my go to place for extracts, flower, edibles, and more.

I went to this location specifically to purchase a flower I saw on their menu. I was also a first time customer to this location. I was disappointed to find that they don't give anything away for first time customers. Every place I've been to gives away a pre-roll at least. Then, on top of that, they were out of the flower that I had driven there specifically to purchase. On the plus side though, I was very happy with my purchase.

It's a clean facility with notable hygiene practices from what I've seen each time I've been there. Love Cotton Candy like crazy. 😍......L.A. is my #1 fav, after this last visit. I feel comfortable in the environment.

Close to home, Inviting environment, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for, weed, they got that covered too. First time here was my first time in a dispensary and bear was super helpful and broke it all down for me in a easily understandable fashion. Thanks for being there Little Amsterdam!

Unless you want to walk on eggshells around Chris, I wouldn't waste my time. Heaven forbid you ask about any specials. He's terrible with any type of customer service. Everyone else seems nice but I'd call and make he isn't working before you go in.

wow, this place was terrible. they had so many scented candles lit, it took my breath away and left me vomiting in the parking lot. the staff wasn't helpful at all when this was happening. not once did they offer to blow out the candles. not only will I never go back but I tell everyone not to go there. they have NO respect and give NO consideration to the people they are supporting.

Went to the new store. Very nice place with free parking. Very friendly greeting. Very patient with my ignorance. Good selection including salves with THC. Hard to find in other dispensaries. Only thing is they should get credit card use. I have found one other place that does. I will shop here again.
