Liberty - Oxon Hill

Have been in here a couple of times in the past and things went well - today was poor customer service Did an online order and the Cashier was upset because I wanted her to go over my order (due to watching her put things in my bag from a box and items fell out onto the floor) then she proceeded to yell out the items I had ordered Read the room we are in Oxon hill and during the holidays I didn’t need everyone hearing my order lady Then the amount I got in my email confirmation didn’t quite match but because she made me feel so uncomfortable for asking her to do her job I just let it slide Well when I got home I was overcharged BE CAREFUL when purchasing the Advent calendars they charge for each preroll in the box and then didn’t apply the correct discounts So now I patiently wait for a general manger to review my order and call me back…. Definitely don’t feel like returning and will be letting all my friends know about my experience Maybe purchase the box separately? Who knows…

This dispensary used to be really nice. The products and decor is beautiful the customer service and customer support are horrible. I started going here as a medical patient while recovering from serious surgery. I continued and usually what I raved about them was how much the staff cared about their patients/customer. Now that has gone way down. While trying to give feedback after literally waiting 45 minutes for them to “find” a pre-order and then didn’t have part of the order in stock. No suggestion to replace it just a gesture of hurry and come get what we have for you from the person who had already told me I have to just wait or I could get in the non online order line to try and get something there. When I asked to speak to the manager Danielle her answer was we are greeting flooded with people from DC where I was informed no dispensaries are open in DC anymore… and to give them grace. If you plan to come to this location just know it might as well be the DMV. Expect long delays and disrespectful and rude staff and a heartless evil manager.

On my 3rd visit is was being directed to another dispensary by the guard. It was at 7:pm. More than enough time for an inperson purchase.

Legit the worst run dispensary I’ve ever been to. Placed an order at noon, never received an order ready text. I went to get it at 4:45. They separate the lines into online orders and walk ins. The online order line was 16 people deep and they had TWO associates processing those orders, while the walk in line had five. It took me 42 minutes to get my order, which was never fulfilled beforehand. By the time I got my order there was ONE associate for the 17 people left in line behind me. This place is so horribly mismanaged. Don’t waste your time or money on these clowns.
