Liberty - Philadelphia

Everybody except one are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Just stay far away from an older gentleman with glasses named Allen. His ignorance and unwillingness to help answer a simple question regarding a product over the phone was a joke. He got silent for a second then hung up on me after responding with "I can't help you". Mr personality is in the wrong profession. It just sucks to see this kind of thing happen at a few PA dispensaries (Terravida Abington) not only because it puts a stain on the Cannabis Industry, but because I live for this stuff and am so eager to work with the industry. Unfortunately tho they don't realize how much they could use me/"Need" my help in regards to all kinds of things like "menus,invoices,sales etc.." Customer Service should be the #1 concern.

Yesterday was my second visit. The first was a few months ago, there was a very knowledgeable young woman with long hair on my first visit. I enjoyed listening to her with her client. I instead got "the new kid guy". I didn't plan to return. However, Michael (second visit) was quite well educated on medical cannabis and other menu items. If he doesn't train other staff, something tells me he will be soon. Bravo and thanks.

Friendly staff. In and out very quickly. Their own brand of flower is very nice and affordable.

The pharmacist was very kind, but the menu wasn’t updated online or in the dispensary.

I wanted to visit a few dispensaries before I wrote a review. Liberty which ironically when I first went I “ thought “ Would be my least favorite dispensary Turns out to be my favorite dispensary. They have the BEST tinctures I am a tincture person people tend not to like them because sometimes it takes me 2 hours to feel it and that’s being honest but their tinctures are THE BEST the best tasting the most potent and the best priced for the percentage of THC ; as someone else said their shatter prices can’t be beat the only reason I get shatter is because I don’t really like smoking anything I just don’t like the feeling but sometimes if I have a bad headache I need relief quickly so I was amazed that only one or two “hits” and I get relief and then the tincture just spreads it out so that for me the feeling lasts all day. The atmosphere to me is fine I was nervous today because my daughter was out in the car ( she’s 15 but she’s my baby ) and I was just worried about her being out there ; they were so quick I didn’t even have to worry I was only in there maybe 10 Mins if that. The people are very nice and helpful and now that I’ve been to other dispensaries in PA I see that this is the best I was spoiled and in Las Vegas for a while and marijuana is completely legal so out there it’s utopia so I was coming in with this type of background; pa is different and it is treated more like a pharmacy which for what people I see at the dispensaries this has been a long time coming. Marijuana is the only thing that has ever worked for my headaches and thank god they at least Made it medically legal here or idk what I’d Do all conventional medicine was either too addictive or it just didn’t work MM is a lovely happy medium and liberty is my favorite place I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for a while

When I had my 1st visit 2x’s ago I was scared, because my family said that MMJ was controversial. Guess they were not educated on MMJ, they think differently now because because with the right MMJ they say the change with me is like Night & Day. Today was my 3rd visit, each visit gets better for me not as scared. Mike helped me a lot today, I am Grateful, he was right, this evening I was able to accomplish so much, and not be in pain, thus far.

Very professional, knowledgeable staff. Finally, a place in the far NE! Selection is great and always fully stocked. I’ve been going since the day they opened, and have never been disappointed. This place is my official go to anymore.

Extremely nice staff. They let my fiance sign in as a visitor so she could listen on the consultation. Excellent store layout. House brands are good value.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this dispensary, or any dispensary, so please keep that in mind when reading this review. I found every employee I interacted with to be extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like they all took the time to help me make a good purchase and understand how to use the product. I’ll definitely be back!

I found the people at Liberty actually care and I had a few $10 cartridges from customer rewards. Their vape cartridges improved and are very good now. I got no complaints. The solved the one issue which was their own brand. I got two liberty cartridges today. If anything you can go to liberty and after 3 visits rewards begin. This is why I go there. I got $70 cartridge for 10 bucks. If you go every week or ten days, this comes in handy. Be sure to sign up on your first visit.

I was a bit confused at first, as I'd been to a few other dispensaries that we're organized differently. Once I got the routine down, it was easy to navigate through all of the available products, including a decent selection of vaporizers and accessories. There were several patients ahead of me there, but it went quickly as there were people in the open air showroom to answer questions about the product. Once ready I filled out my order and waited while each item was retrieved. All said and done, I don't was in and out in under 30 min. They have the best prices on shatter.

It’s a big open area and it’s uncomfortable in there when some people are just waiting for orders to be fulfilled. Some staff is good, but most seem like They just want you to leave and are not helpful (i.e. I asked a question about concentrates because I was unfamiliar with them and I was talked down to a little and it made me feel a little apprehensive about using them)

I worked with Cheyenne. She was friendly, knowledgeable, interested and helpful. They have a much more expansive menu than Beyond Hello. They have a comprehensive tincture line as well as flower, vape, and all things related to the actual cannabis product. This was my first time with Liberty as I recently moved to the area. They also have a great selection of CBD. Great rewards program! Discounts on purchases above a certain amount. Senior Citizen Discounts and Veterans Discounts Suggestions: They NEED better security or at least some security. There are actual armed "agents" at the doors of Beyond Hello in "Center City", Philadelphia, especially with the crime rate surging in Philadelphia. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful. I was greeted upon entry and received great service throughout my visit to the store. Oh and very cool, live art on the walls!
