I love how much variety of not only strains but products. The staff was very knowledgeable about medical marijuana and awesome with customer service! The bud tenders really try to give you exactly what you need for what you use your medicine for.

I shop pretty much exclusively at this location and have never had a disappointing visit until today 😢 the service and atmosphere were great as usual, however the pre-pack 1/8th of Apple Fritter I purchased had easily .25-.5 grams of stem material including 3 large stems, one over an inch long, that were loose, not attached to any buds. Granted, they could have broken off but there shouldn’t be that much stem regardless. That’s not to mention the overall poor trimming quality of the entirety of this pre-pack. I’m all about bang for my buck, which is why I’m keen on their fantastic deal of $17.50 pre-packs; however this is a rather disappointing lack of attention to detail that’s uncharacteristic for Lionheart. I’ve sung their praises up until this, super bummed! Hoping it’s an anomaly and that my next purchase indicates it as such.

Sent a 20% off text and told it was only for 10%. Maybe it was sent to me by mistake? Really like the pineapple Express disposable cart and I've come back 3 times to get one, and specifically went in today to get it with my awesome 20% off coupon. I was told it's only for medical now. So no cart and no discount. Just venting. A bit frustrating.

been in twice, both times the ladies were amazing and were pretty knowledgeable about what they sell. (I ask a lot of questions). safe to say that quality of service beats selection any day for me.

After more than a couple issues I write this review to warn other online patients. I use this app as a convenience for pick up and to be able to see prices and "shop". Unfortunately Lionheart has been unable to process orders correctly on multiple transactions. As a medical patient I HAVE to show my card in store AND type my medical card number in on the app. After ordering online ,going to pick up my order and showing my medical card to be charge rec prices. Ugh. I bring it to their attention and was given points..fine, cool. Again today, I order on the app send my authorized purchaser in to get my order and the total is $16 more than what my receipt online says. I'm told the app and the store don't communicate with prices. I understand stock but pricing?! The right thing would have been to sell their product for what the prices is listed..without question. I called to speak to someone and no one in charge was there. I'm disappointed. Stoners beware!
