had a broke savage cart. omg what a hassle. 2 managers later I was told they dont carry that anymore but they tried to upsell me or use my points to get a different brand. I've spent alot of money here and planned to spend alot more because it's close. The manager tells me they could take a 5 dollar loss but not a 15 dollar loss. So all my future business is not worth 10 bucks. screw you.

Small on the outside but surprisingly modern, fresh, and dense on the inside. Their product selections not only include nearly everything, but also in all the colors/variations (something I have not seen other stores have). The people are super friendly, inviting, and helpful. Our budtender, Edward, talked to me like a real person (not just a customer), educated me on my questions, offered suggestions to try, and genuinely cared about my experience at the store and as a person consuming cannabis. My favorite store in Battle Creek and the best experience I have had in a store in Michigan!

Words cant describe how amazing this place really is. The atmosphere, the aroma, the budtenders, everything is amazing. They always have great deals. EVERYDAY! Every time I buy from from here, I feel like I’ve robbed them, given the quantity for your buck is so much better than other flower shops I have been too.
