For quality and customer service, this location is brilliant! They've got a wonderful selection of products and the staff I spoke with were very kind and knowledgeable. I rated the atmosphere as three stars, rather than five, because I thought the music was way too loud. It was to the point of being disorienting and having to strain to hear the employee talk to me. It was also rather small, so that even with a mere four customers in the shop it felt a bit cramped. Other than that, a great location!

I was having major anxiety and I'm not too knowlegable on product. I don't really partake too often. I was trying to stay calm but when I walked in one of the Budtenders could tell I was frazzled. I didn't catch her name (shame on me) but she and her co-worker were very helpful on getting me something to help my panic attack. The only negative thing to say about this location was the music was pretty loud...but that also could be the anxiety talking. Thank you. I'll definitely be back to get set up better for the future.

The lobby was disorganized. Staff was on the phone, trying to tell me something through the glass window, while the music is cranked up, so i couldn't hear a thing. Lobby looks like you are about to visit an inmate. Once inside it was all good, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I wish I could remember the dude's name who helped us out but he was great. His beard will have tales sung in Valhalla. He knew plenty about the product. The glass was reasonably priced for the most part, some of the bigger bongs seemed pricey.

This LivWell is a really neat location in the RiNo district, conveniently located by 2 coffee shops that I absolutely love. The budtenders are friendly and always enthusiastic on any new or exciting products. Libby is always super nice and friendly, never forgets to ask for my rewards card and is always super diligent. Thanks for the ounce specials, LivWell!

Great shop! Daniel was very professional and polite. Shop was clean and well stocked. Picked up a couple prerolls and both were great, no runs, burned clean and flavor was great. I will be back for sure.
