Worst dispensary in Az the flower is trash the staff take long the review for the preroll they make you wait 2 days they are slow and nobody in there is working while everyone sits in the waiting room

First time visit was yesterday ,it was different than what I’ve heard about PARC.excellent deals & flower ,if I could give zero to the staff I would,they treat me like shit ,very rude & when I ask for more details on product she went off on me ,I was shocked ,I just asked a same question twice ,she’s told me do you me to get someone els ?In a really bad way .i will never go back .

Everything here is great but the prices just went up recently and that makes no sense especially since more places are popping up with good deals. I can get ounces for $250-$280 at the same quality as here. Sorry guys, I have been a loyal customer since you opened last year but I won't be back until I see the rights below $50 and ounces below $300

Most, not all of their meds seems like high grade home grown not medical grade, thus their cheaper prices. My guess is they aren't curing it properly or something like that. Also when you ask for a certain strain they give you something different and if you don't look on the back label you get home and realize you they gave you a strain different that the one you ask for. This has happened to me twice. The GDP and Blue Dream aren't what they seem. I didn't realize all this until like after my 15 visit, lol. But they could improve in some areas.

This was one of the bests dispensaries in the valley for flower, but it’s really ironic that their motto is “patients first” they have the absolute rudest dispensary employee in the ENTIRE VALLEY. This is a business that is supposed to make patients comfortable. Instead they make you feel judged and wrong for questioning policies. Guy wanted to full on argue inside and outside the dispensary, and he’s just the security guard. He even banned someone else from the dispensary for less. There are 100 other dispensaries in the valley to go, this one is not the only one, owners and mangers need to take that into consideration when allowing employees to be rude to patients. Anywhere else is better.

Way yall got these bogus growers. 3 years ago all shops had good trees. Yall must be in a plan together rubbing us selling fake weed so we keep coming back. Yall sell 1211 percent thc weed . yall. They lured me in with day before specials. Point system changed after I've spent hundreds. Parking lot is full with no one in the despencory. You have to park in front of some factory and walk a block. For some reason the stuff that should be bought in jars is bagged up in there own bags.god knows what they put in it lol. You guys would probably bagg up red 22s if you sold them lol

What a bummer when you open your pre-packed sealed flower and it smells and looks different than the flower that was on the display case. The flower was effective though.

Came in to use my points on vapes. Only came in to use it with the discount. Didn't get told until after the purchase you can't use the points you've earned on sale prices. I only had the points sitting there because I didn't get told until after my last purchase I had points to use either. Should have just went to trumed instead. Would have spent less and gotten more.

this is my second visit to parc. the first time i went i got 3 eighths each a different strain. the maui and trinity were what i expected of them but the green crush was lacking. i let it pass thinking it was a fluke. this time i got the lavender trainwreck and the blueberry diesel. the lavender was perfectly cured and was exactly what i expected. the blueberry however was a different story. i opened the pouch and smell was lacking. it looked ok but when i reached in to pull out a nug... "CRUNCH!!" it was just about bone dry! despite this i continued to grind the herb in my grinder and it came out just short of being powdery. i rolled a joint and the smoke was harsh with little to no flavor and cerebral/ medicinal effects were something left to be desired. and that is not even the worst part. i got curious and started inspecting the stickers on the pouch. i pulled off the one that had my name on it and that days date on it to discover that the herb i was smoking was over 2 MONTHS OLD! the packaging read 9-20-13 and the date of my visit was 11-30-13. 2 months and 10 days sitting in a drawer. just as a comparison i looked to check the lavender package date and it was only 10 days prior on 11-20-13. although the blue diesel ( and coincidentally the green crush) were on sale for "sativa Saturday" i am not even bashing the concept of lowering the price on older meds to get rid of them more quickly, but two months and ten days is way too long. these meds should have been broken down and packed in pre rolls and given away for free. i am very disapointed in this. i feel like i was suckered and am contemplating on whether or not to come back or pay a little more down the street for consistency. very disapointed patient. im just at awe at this. and from a STATE LICENSED DISPENSARY

Called ahead of time to clarify the deal of the day. I explained that I would have to come a long way. The clerk gave me incorrect information. when I explained the mistake, the inconvenience, I was laughed at. I tried my best to communicate with the clerk, but she was.... very unprofessional. The business it's self looks nice, but as we all know, looks can be deceiving. Same rule seems to apply to the staff. The staff were friendly but don't seem to know what their doing. Everyone seemed to have to ask for help for the simplest things. I called to explain the issue to a manager just to receive a negative response with a solution. I've never seen a dispensary with so much issues. Had the worst experience! First and LAST visit. I don't recommend this place.

I use to shop here every day almost now I don’t even remember the last time I came here. If imma spend $50-$60 for a 1/8th it’s gonna be cookies. Period. Who in Tempe just has 50+ to spend on a 1/8th probably 1 out of 8 people. Luckily I can afford it but I’m not spending it here if everything else is high! I can’t get a second decent 1/8th because it’s all too expensive. Last time I went in the guy with dreads didn’t seem to even give a crap that I was standing in front of him. He just carried his conversation on with his coworkers not making me feel comfortable at all. So I’ll never come back if the daily deals aren’t better or if the prices stay the same. No reason to come here at all unfortunately

Loved this place as PARC. Not so much as Local Joint. Top dollar prices, with no information as to what the THC levels are (and budtenders don't know either) Quality has been hit or miss with flower. There are lots of other dispensaries with lower prices, better deals and a whole lot more information about their products.

The meds were on point. The patient advisor who helped me was less than helpful. I was blamed for ruining that person’s day and treated like I don’t know how to do basic mathematics. The meds are always on point but the service has gone down hill!
