Absolutely sucks staff her only care on how much money you spend I spend a lot of money but def won’t be coming back here

Do you ever just want to be friends with all of your bud tenders? I definitely do. The service is always great and the recommendations make me feel heard and appreciated as a customer.

Amazing staff, regardless of who you get, they are always great with customer service. Everyone has amazing customer service. This is the reason I continue to go here. Occasionally the flower from Copperstate Farms is seedy. I have not had this problem at other dispensaries. The walls are bare, and they have hard surface floors, which make a distinctive ringing sound called “flutter echo”. This phenomena occurs when sound waves bounce back and forth between the walls, ceiling, and floor, making conversations difficult (with the staff). If you are over 40 you may find ordering difficult. My friend Rebecca won’t go here because of this. A little art or a rug would stop this problem.

The people here are awesome and the flower is great. The place is always improving. I only marked service down because I have been given the wrong type of vape cartridge I was asking for a few times. Other then that I love it here.

I'm not very impressed. they never have what they advertise on there menu. This is my first review but this place is a waste of time for me. The line takes forever and the express line never works because the menu is not up to date. I have been here 6 times and 4 out of the 6 times I've left with nothing.

I picked up a 1/4 Grow Sciences "Grape Cream Cake", and Potent Planet's "Hangar 18" today, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. My budtender, whose name I can't recall, was more than helpful and experienced. *He was sporting a Members Only jacket, as was I. Anyhow, this place is always friendly, quick, and quite helpful. BTW, the strains I snagged slapped. It took me 40 minutes to write this.

This place sucks. I came and got a half gram rosin cart by on the rocks. It was old and bad. It clearly wasn't stored in a cool place because it had turned a super dark brown, almost black. Which only happens when it gets too warm. The girl helping me was sweet and helpful, though. The deals suck too. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to JARS Cannibis. Better deals, better products, better everything.

This place is the cleanest and friendliest I have been to in Az. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes good meds and quality people.

Got some wax, it was pretty good at the discount price. Service was excellent.

Stopped in yesterday and picked up some Berry og and apple juice. The staff is all very personable yet professional. Their edible selection is top shelf and I've never been disappointed with any YiLo product I've brought home. The Berry og took care of my nausea and stomach pain as I was assured it would, being a very mild smoke easy on the throat and I can taste the berries!

Since i have acquired my MMJ card earlier this summer, i have gone on quite a few adventures all over Phoenix thanks to new patient specials, coupons, etc. Needles to say now that PARC is open, i am done with that. Location is super easy to find from anywhere in the valley. Waiting room is very clean and professional. Staff is very nice and really makes the time to talk to new patients which does benefit them (how did you hear about us?, etc) and starts to build a positive relationship with patients for the future. I do really like the menu boards set up in the lobby, gives you a little reminder what is available while your waiting, and not just a bunch of mmj magazines and old esquires that had a article couple months ago about pot. Went back to the budtenders tables and got a good look at whats what. Really nice selection. Wide range for a new dispensary, and the budtender went thru everything for me(current promotions, first time visit) and asked me for a few questions about what i normally medicate with, etc. not just "so what are you looking for today"? or "how bout' this heat, huh?" So, down to business. I have only found one other place in town that has Trinity Blueberry (not naming names), and they are a solid dispensary. That being said, finding a 1/8th for $45 is a great find. Early on, I figured out that Blueberry strains work great for me so i was definitely happy to see it somewhere else. So, of course i grabbed that and I decided to grab that second 1/8th for 25% off and went with the Blueberry Diesel. And don't forget the free pre-roll of a house blend for my first visit . They use the standard sealed pouches which is fine with me. Some people complain about the pouches cause they can squish the buds. So what? aren't you gonna break it all up anyway? Plastic containers are good for pre-rolls, but any larger than that my stuff always gets super dried out(The cost of living in the desert). We even had a nice chat about humidor disks for your jars at home. All together, under $90 for a quarter ounce of 2 different strains, a pre-roll and of course the leafly card to give a review for another pre-roll. done and done. out the door. Got home, sat down on the couch and cracked open the Trinity Blueberry to shift into my jar. When my wife who doesn't smoke exclaims when i open the pouch, "Holy Crap! That one is StInKy!" i know i picked a winner. she was totally right. Its definitely a two-hitter for me. I have a pretty high tolerance but i can take about 2-3 tokes and not even have to think about reaching for my bowl for a while. Later i did try a little bit of the Blueberry Diesel. (I do tend to keep my strains in separate containers) and i was really impressed. Great flavor smelled better than the sample jar did at the shop, and again really did the trick in 3. My only constructive criticism would be your online presence. I do know that leafly is modded, meaning you cant make changes yourselves but i would suggest using the updates here as much as possible. Also, (and this is just me being anal and o.c.d.) your pics of the medicine for the menu boards looks like it was Photoshopped by a 5 yr old. I'm not a fancy-pants photographer but i would be happy to volunteer for new pics. I work cheap. Hee-hee

PARC has a great selection of flower, wax and cartridges. All i need in one place with great customer service always friendly staff waiting to help. Definitely recommend to others.

I love it here . The budtenders are great and their flower is always fresh . I will be visiting again real soon

The budtender last time I was in didn’t seem friendly. I kind of felt like a bother to him asking questions regarding gs stock. Have had no other issues in the past. Just expect a certain level of customer service an not treated like just a custy And just a number.
