Did not enjoy the unfriendly 'greeter' in the front of the store, you shouldnt be leasing it in that area. Overall I found the flower acceptable but nothing to be floored about, I dont think tax was included either which is lame. Not sure how you guys are apparently rated #1 by Leafly.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everything is pre-packaged, which makes getting in and out fast and painless. The only place I go if I can. I smoke flowers and the selection here is very good, usually around 15 indica flowers, 15 sativa/indica hybrids, and maybe 8 Sativa strains. It's awesome.

So I was in this morning back from the weekend to get some GDP. (favorite strain btw) I previously got kosher kush, which is the point of me writing this. I still had some kosher and got an 8th of GDP cause, hey. ITS MY FAVORITE. So when the girl grabs the 3 to choose from, she even says the crop yielded more purple buds than normal. GDP or purps in general aren't always going to be purple, and i know that IM the one who picked what I took home. But when I look at my supposed 8th of GDP why are there nugs lighter than Green Crack or what White Widow would look like? Purps and or GDP Should have dark green to purple buds. I even put the lighter ones (which look more like kosher kush but aren't.) in 1 grinder and the Darker ones in another. The ground up product looks completely different. they smoke entirely different. Ones harsh and hits lighter while the one that looks like GDP, tastes like grape, smells like GDP hits JUST RIGHT. And fits all characteristics of GDP. It's saddening cause I've always said Cannabis is fun when it's time for fun. But all other times it's medicine. GDP was a favorite before my diagnoses of MS, but since I've found it's a strain that will ALWAYS work for me. And I know not all weed is created equal. But, a Granny Smith apple should taste like A Granny Smith and not a Red Delicious no? A red apple shouldn't taste like a green apple. If I ask for diet coke, I know the damn difference in taste from diet dr pepper.

Me being a first time patient and walking in the highest expectations of a dispensary were met today at the Local Joint.... A 5 star joint with 6 star staff..

This will probably get deleted since I don't care about a free pre-roll and my review isn't being bribed by free stuff. Saying my experience was mediocre (at best) would almost be an exaggeration. The GDP isn't even purple, and all of the meds look and smell the same. The headband and the grand daddy look identical which is puzzling since they are two completely different strains. Looks like you guys are growing all of your strains as if they are the same. They aren't! Each plant is different and requires unique care and nutrients. As for my purchasing experience: as I'm waiting to go to the back, my budtender opens up the door and literally says "well, are you gonna come back or not?!". How effin rude is that?!? I have a name! Im also an epileptic patient who is also a dispensary agent and cultivator so I was taken aback at how disrespectful my budtender was just right off the bat. I wasn't offered any patient education even tho my receipt shows that I "declined" it. I know that the health department requires you to ask during every transaction and I wasn't even offered or asked. Not to mention I asked about the concentrates and my budtender pointed across the room and says "they are over there", not offering to help at all. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them! I did ask a few questions concerning genetics and my dispensary agent had no idea about any of the strains, and had to use leafly to tell me what it says the genetics are. Again, I find this to be disheartening bec not every strain is exactly what leafly says it is. The Budtenders seemed like they were way too medicated to educate me on their strains or provide good (or any!) customer service. Price isn't everything to me. I would rather pay a little extra for properly grown, cured meds that have proper testing and truthful genetic backgrounds, than regret spending $10 a gram on something they might as well call Potting Soil OG, bec that's exactly what my GDP and Headband tastes like on the exhale. I seriously doubt I will EVER set foot in this establishment again. The negative attitudes, bad meds and dirty, unkept looking Budtenders are not worth the "10 buck grams". I was seriously embarrassed for this place since I KNOW how this medical marijuana program is supposed to executed with transparency, education and empathy. I received none of this at PARC. I will not recommend this place to anyone who actually need medical quality herb. It even says "CRAP" as you look in your rear view mirror as you drive away.... Which perfectly describes this place and the meds. Never again.

This was my first time going to PARC and it was great!! Very nice and clean place. Friendly staff!! Went in and got an 8th of the green crush!! one of many amazing flowers! Plus received a free pre roll for stopping by. I will definitely stop by again.

Bud is pretty good for the price.. not a great experience with budtender SARAH. She did not seem as if she did not want to be there and failed to mention some of the deals going on. Her attitude was very unwelcoming, maybe consider another person whose passionate about working there and is happy to be there

They were fantastic here, both the front desk( forgot all names, so sorry) and the manager helped me get my free Grow Sciences, they didn’t have a deal for me today, but rest assured I will be back to any place that takes care of their guest the way they did! Highly recommend!

Went here for years, since Park, until I recently met their morning crew. Not a fan at all of their lack of customer service and have found a new favorite joint. Everything would be alright if DA’s let me and others know when the dispensary is out of stock however, I hear this (unnamed) lady say “we just sold the last one” to customers about all kinds of stuff everyday and never assisting them in finding what they are looking for. If she is not willing to spend a second offering an alternative option to what isn’t in stock than why should customers spend their hard earned money. Thanks for the fun few years, good luck now.

they ended up "having their system go down". noticed they didn't leave me a reciept. they also charged me for the Free preroll for the review. didn't give me 20% off like the special was for the day. when I called them I had talked to a manager named Kate and told me that if I went on any other day that wasn't a Monday I would get 20% off my next cartridge and that if I came in on a Monday that I would get 40% off my next cartridge and she was supposed to mark this down on my notes. I then go to The Dispensary today to pick up these two free pre-rolls and to find out if they were going to keep their word with either the 20% off my next cartridge or if I came in and on a Monday with a total of 40% off. Get this the lady for our budtender whatever was extremely rude and on top of that she ended up breaking or products and then rushed me and my friend out of the dispensary so at this point I don't even know if it's worth talking to them about because once again I'm an upset customer.

First off thanks for offering great deals on mini slabs. My only concern is online it said $70, on the deal sheet in the office it said $70 and when I was on my way home I noticed I was charged $80 retail prior to my FTP discount. Is that correct or was I overcharged $10. I would not give a bad review over $10 bucks but feel I might if got upsold because I was a First time patient. Please make me feel warm and fuzzy again! Great dispensary BTW
