I have to say, in all my time here living in Spokane, I have never recieved the kind of customer service that I experienced here at Lovelybuds. First and foremost the atmosphere and deals are the best in town. However, your employees are the reason I travel from north spokane to visit. Alli is the best budtender in Spokane. I came on my birthday and I felt like I was important and that I existed. Great recommendations were given and wonderful manners displayed. I will ONlY shop here. Period.

I've been going to this lovely buds since I turned 21 when I worked next door at Pizza Pipeline I had an employee tell me my ID wasn't mine and that I wasn't born in 2000, I'm 22. my ids vertical, and I feel discriminated against because of this. possibly wont be coming back... Rip lovely buds 04/07/21-11/12/22 we had a good run. sorry for the 1 star but your employee was extremely disrespectful and I'm disappointed in y'all

They have a huge selection and a super helpful staff. I love to ask them what’s new and try new strains. It’s my favorite shop in Spokane!

Having shopped at many fine cannabis retailers from Orcas Island to Spokane, I can confidently say that Lovely Buds Division has the best combination of value and selection statewide. On top of this, they have an unbeatably central location and it's increasingly evident how deeply they pride themselves on providing consistently excellent customer service to everyone who walks through their door. I'm so glad to have found them and hope to continue patronizing Lovely Buds (Division) for a long time to come!

I meant to write this a few weeks ago. Star was amazing! She was very patient with my indecisivness. (I’m a kid in a candy shop every time I come in). The customer service was great and she had excellent recommendations for me. This will be my regular spot to shop at.
