Lucid - Puyallup

Honestly it’s so sad that this is the only dispensary in this location. The customer service is horrible most dispensaries will ask you what you’re looking for and help you out this dispensary doesn’t care and just tells you you need to look and get a card. Their product is garbage. They never have anything good and the crappy stuff is way to over priced. I felt like I was rushed and wasn’t helped.

I went yesterday. Store is very dark. Cabinets are not lighted. Several empty shelves. No menus on the counters, you find the card that has what you want and hand it to the budtender. Problem? Lots of cards missing. Wanted four things, but only got two because I only had cards two things and by the time I got to the front of the line, I had forgotten the other things that I wanted! Budtender wasn't very friendly. wasn't told about any deals. Didn't have any thing hanging up or on the counters about specials. Only two budtenders while employees kept going in and out of the back and the lines kept getting longer. Waited in line for almost half an hour! No, I didn't see anyone wiping down the counters with hand sanitizer at all. I live about two minutes from this store but would drive to 112th St. or to the Bud Barn in Yelm or to Mr. Bills before I would ever visit this store again.

Amazing prices for smoker on a budget, but they don't have a very good selection for ounces or half ounces. Not very potent ganja unless you're buying 1/8 or less than you find the stronger buds. Definitely my go to dispensary for sure.

This is by far the worst weed shop I’ve ever been too. They are overpriced, not knowledgeable of their own products and the employees seem like they couldn’t be bothered to help you. I’ve never seen a set up so confusing and overly complicated. They expect you to shop around at the window displays with product you won’t actually receive and write your selections on a card(s) then take the card up to the budtender. They also talk to you like you’re stupid and know nothing about weed, trying to get you to buy overpriced dirt weed. Please, if this is the only shop you’ve been too go somewhere else. I’ve actually been to Lucid several times in hopes it would improve but so far not in the slightest. Their security of way overboard too. They made me remove my mask during a pandemic and any hats or hoods have to be down plus they have a metal detector and check your ID twice. Never going back

Just left a review a few days ago about they are improving. They are not. They did not recognize my medical marijuana card discount. All the good medicine is non discountable. They profiled because of my card. They charge so much, stay away, I wish they would get caught! 0 stars if I could. They need to be inspected will be contacting the WA state to address this.

Love the place. We bring our great Danes here - they love the "trip". Not a huge selection, but what they have works. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the product on hand. It's my go-to place for the devil's lettuce 🤗

They denied me at the door because I had a vertical identification card, but they still answered all of the questions I had, had a great conversation with the staff members manning the ID counter. Couldn’t go to the dispensary counter or purchase anything but based off my conversation with the person manning the ID counter would definitely go back to make purchases when I get my Horizontal Identification Card

I had a really awesome first experience here - Leo helped me out a lot finding carts that matched the high I wanted, and gave great recs. The shop has some really good deals, too, and I saw a lot of quality brands so i felt confident about my buys. He also convinced me to grab a Lookah Bear vape pen - I'd never seen them in person before and I LOVE IT. Overall the shop felt good, it had a nice vibe walking in, and all staff I interacted with were really nice. I don't often go to new dispensaries but I'm glad I checked out Lucid!

The service is top notch, and very informative. The products I’ve used are also top notch.

Great Spot right off River Rd. I had to rate 4 star qual because of the lack of things on the shelves at times, but this store has really grown on me. Fantastic service and very open style with a large front showroom. Ive seen it busy and the line can get long but only if you dont utilize their "card" system. find what you like... grab the card.. boom. Guy with long grey hair recommended a cartridge and it was bomb. Will continue to visit this store.

Decent shop. Check the elevate selection. Bought all the strains. Purple pie was the winner

I love this place! Went here last year on vacation like 3 times within a week and a half because the product is top notch as well as the customer service, by my last trip there they were calling me by my name. I'm coming back this January to the area and can't wait to see these great people at this awesome location!

Chrisean helped me today & was super friendly and attentive. Answered all my questions. I like the card system & glass viewing cases, found the set up convenient. I loved the way they tissue wrapped my purchase. Too cute.

Service during the day time is, abysmal. The evening staff however are excellent. The product selection is slim and they are normally out of what I want I would say 50% of the time I come in. Last couple of times the person behind the counter would offer me a indica as a replacement for a sativa and vis versa. I've spent more time my last 2 visits in line ro basically end up walking out to go somewhere else than it would have taken to just go to somewhere I know would have what I was looking for.
