The early bird, late night owl 10% off discount advertises very clearly that ALL PRODUCTS are 10% off during those times. That is FALSE. All products are not 10% off during those times.

Lucid is my favorite rec store around me. Jersey and paul were extreamly helpful and nice.

So far I haven't had a bad experience. Good, reasonable prices. Not much knowledge of the medical side though. Being a medical patient, that is important to me. The customer service has had a mixed feeling. I've had a nice greeter and a not too friendly cashier and I've had a great cashier and standoffish greeter. But overall they are a really great place to go.

I purchased a pax era pod for my weed pen, they told me it had been on display and if it leaked to bring it in with the receipt and they’ll switch me a new one. 2 days later my pod is empty because it leaked out (a pod usually lasts me 1-2 weeks) I bring it in with the receipt and packaging and they told me they can’t do anything and now I’m out $35 😂👎🏻

Larry was amazing he had great customer service and recommended Ceres fruit chews and they were amazing. Thanks Larry u deff will be back.

Lucid Auburn is one of my favorite rec shops. Every one of their budtenders has a great disposition, and are always helpful and friendly. I have dealt with Paul on a few afternoon visits and he is just great!! Great job keeping up with the green revolution, and always having affordable options for those of us that need them! Thank you!

Outstanding staff and great products.

Really pretty display but when you look at the prices you start to get a little more uncomfortable. The guy that helped was cool but didnt really have knowledge on the differences in their sativas and indicas.

I love lucid!! The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I love the layout and set up, makes it so easy for the customer. My cashier today said to make sure to name drop, so shout out to Heather you were great keep up the good work!

I will not be coming to this place anymore. They don't have any selection at all.. Who runs out of weed to have an amazing sale that day to empty shelves......I feel even the stuff they push as top shelf are not.... I went to another place in auburn.... Bought a killa oz for 70.00 ... Isn't happening at this place... Maybe oz of serious headache weed!!! Don't waste YOUR time here go to other places...

Shitty service shitty set up shitty product

Went here and was told when I walked in about the early bird special and that there was a discount. went to check out and they didn't honor the discount at all. I've come here since they opened and this is ridiculous.

Nice to be able to just walk in, grab a card with your order and get in the checkout line. No need to wait on a budtender (unless you want). They keep their flower menu updated constantly.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

Was helped by Shelby K with picking a nice selection of oleum moonwalker. She was perky, had a positive vibe about her, really knew her stuff. Definitely would go back.
