Main Street Marijuana - East Vancouver

BAD BAD BAD!! Very upset with my service. Ive gone to this store 3 times and every time they mess up my order. Normally I dont write bad reviews but this store is what is giving dispensary and the industry a bad name. Talk about corporate feel. The customer service is lacking hard cord, you are shuffled thru like cattle then the budtenders, they have no clue about there products. Every time I've gone in I'VE TAUGHT THE BUDTENDERS something about the product on there shelf. They dont use communication even tho they are writing your order. When all 3 different budternders i talked to about my order dont communicate to the back and your order comes out wrong every time something needs to be said. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They lost me as a customer. Do your self a favor and drive the 5 block to the next dispensary where they have better prices and better service. Or drive over the border to Oregon where the prices and weed is better and you can smell the bud you are buying.

I order and pick up from this locations multiple times a week. The fella that helps there is super nice and I never fail to tip. Before covid I would go inside and purchase never failing to be polite and to tip. Everything changed yesterday. I purchased a 45 wax pen. When I used it for the first time it immediately heated were you grasp it. No vape. Gathered the receipt from the purchase just over an hour prior and the accessories and even called ahead of time and was told to come in. Upon speaking with the man with the long blonde hair who in the past has been very helpful and professional was completely rude and even worse I left the extra coil sitting on mynightstand. When he noticed it missing he acted like I was trying to steal and coil! And yes, I had to drive 40mi routes back to get it before he would even help me. Of course he bolted and avoided when he saw me return...not a thief but a nice lady that simply wanted a working product. At least Zack actually took it and tested after it and confirmed it was not in working order and switched it out. It should have happened this way the first trip. I will never give them money again. I hope they ip their politeness game be cause more competition is coming to town....

Main Street has been our go-to since they opened their Downtown Vancouver location years ago. In that time we have never had a problem with any of the vapes that we have purchased and since a family member manages their Fibromyalgia and back pain with Marijuana they have basically been our pharmacy. Well, nothing is ever perfect and tonight a Crystal Clear ATM Sativa disposable VAPE produced by Cannabis Distillates got very hot and exploded on its first use. I had the receipt and took it back for them to tell me that we broke it and they would not do a simple exchange so I had to purchase a replacement. While I have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable their inability to make this right after years of being a loyal customer over a 30 dollar Vape is inexcusable and I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. I have also contacted the manufacturer of this Vape so they know that Main Street is not providing the users of their product with top-notch customer service and customer is left holding the bag for their production issues. While I have not had a problem in the past with their product they will join in my avoidance of their product and Main Street in the future.

Best store in Vancouver area great deals great service

Was greeted by a friendly guy checking ID's Once inside, i glanced at a menu thats hard to read. The staff was friendly! The product is okay, there are better shops in the area. Once home, I found A dog and or human hair in my product. I won't be back!

I feel at home at this store and always feel welcomed. Employees are well knowledgeable and are very friendly and helpful.

Bought 2 bubblers yesterday. Was not allowed to look at them or touch them... they were wrapped and bagged and handed to me after I paid 50 for them. Got them home, both are defective! One has broken glass inside, no way to use it now, and the other has deep scratches on it and extra glass protruding from it. When I called, they basically said 'ha ha too bad, piss off'. I thought it was illegal to sell damaged goods as new. This place BITES NUTS!!!

Who ever the security guard in the night is (shorter older dude), needs a big lesson in customer service. As I entered the building, he's sitting in a chair- and reaches out to quite literally snatch my id out of my hand. I told him no, and held it up for him to read, so he goes, "READ THAT SIGN ITS MY JOB TO HOLD IT", all aggressive like. So I said, "okay, but where's (the other security guard)" as I'm handing him my id. He got all mad that I asked and said, "I'm here right now, it doesn't matter". I haven't seen the security guard in question in a few weeks, and he's hella cool so I was just wondering, and I explained that to this dude, who continued to tell me it doesn't matter he's the security guard on duty. Incredibly rudely, too. I've been shopping here for years, and this is the first experience I've had with such a rude security guard. Every single other one you've hired has been great (east location), besides this guy.
