Great service, fast and reasonably priced. It's best to look at their on line menu, available in pdf at their website, and print/fill out one of their order forms to take with you.

The Main Street Marijuana store is very clean and friendly. The Marijuana quality standards are high as compared to other recreational Store, I liked the Blue Dream oil. Very chill and alert. The Soothing Gel is just AMAZINGG !!!!. I am planning to visit the Store as soon as possible. You guys really ROCKS !!!

A good location downtown in the art district. The shop is small, but they still have a decent selection. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and can answer any question you have.

Horrible customer service and horrible management. If you leave a poor review it isn’t addressed - they will just ban you as a customer. Goes to show that they could care less about customers and only care about the money.

This is for the Hazel Dell location. The staff is not polite nor friendly. The person (male) who assumed to be the employee with authority was as rude as one could possibly be. Not one smile or thank you. The space is large but feels cold and sterile. It is dark as well. (lighting and energy) I was terribly disapointed with my first visit to MSM North. Maybe my last. I did not feel welcome or wanted here. I can walk across the street to Pot Zone and get better deals and smiles for free!

Crappy dabs, paid 20 for a gram and it's was nasty looking stuff, so bad the person who made it wouldn't even out there name on the packaging, if u want cheap dryed out weed go here. Stay away from dabs tho

This dispensary easily has the biggest selections of a lot of things. It's insane how much flower they have, but I get a bit weary if they are just buying anything that comes their way. They have great flower, but also have poor flower. The budtenders I have worked with are kind of a hit and miss. I usually get great customer service and some of the budtenders there are very personable. Others don't seem super knowledgeable about strains and are in a hurry to have me make a selection because it is so busy. At the end of the day I would return to this dispensary because all around it is a good experience for the most part :)

Not a good place to go if your looking for good customer service. Last few times they have skipped me and take other customers that where there way later and helped them. I feel like a red headed stepchild when I use to go here.

They have high quality products, fabulous prices, and knowledgable staff, but the space was crowded. They were understaffed, forcing them to be curt and less attentive.

Can't say enough great things about them. It's the quintessential experience of what a recreational Marijuana store should be like!

Such a good variety of strains. Great glasses prices and the staff is so awesome!

Good selection. Definitely gets busy on weekends, but the super friendly staff does their best to help you out quickly. My vap pen broke after only 6 weeks (when I unscrewed the cartridge some wires came with it) and they gave me a free replacement with pretty much no hassle. Will be back!

great atmosphere and service

I always leave happy and all the flowers I've tried so far have all been great! I like the prices and the budtenders all seem very knowledgeable of the products. It can get pretty busy and packed full of people but honestly that's a good sign for me. 😆 One of the best dispensaries in Vancouver.

Love, love, love this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Even though they are always busy, its pretty much in and out, no problem. Amazing prices and fantastic quality. My store of choice. We have been twice now, and will continue to return.

I don't like pre packed flower, but I dig the selection of edibles and concentrates xD

Worst customer service. Not helpful. Lack of apology for mistakes made only by company. Go somewhere else, you’ll be much happier!

Had a very good time

Lot of product, but some farms are better then others so it's a hit and miss at times. Over all this is a great place.
