Just as I post a review about decent wait times they added fast track. Now it appears that without a fast track order, the wait is twice as long.

Parking is clearly marked for access to the building. Elevator is just inside the doors for ease of access. Products are a perfect fit for my needs when in stock. There are a few products that go out of stock FAST. Early bird it for higher chances to pick from the outstanding selection. I am very pleased to be provided with the highest quality professionalism from the people and the establishment as a whole. Thank you for providing.

I loooove this dispensary. The store itself is very clean and has a complimentary parking garage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Makes you feel comfortable asking for recommendations. Also pleased with the products I have purchased and the prices are fair imo. Highly suggest trying this place.

I recently recently had an delightful experience with a Maitri employee in Pittsburgh. He was most helpful, courteous and polite and his caring showed through in everything he did. His name is Will K. and if anyone is in need of assistance I highly recommend him as the one to patiently work with you for a resolution. Thanks for all of your help, Will K. You are a stellar example of what customer service should be.

If you enjoy crispy cannabis two months away from its expiration.... or if you enjoy receiving someone else's order, or being gaslit into believing their inability to fulfill your order correctly is somehow YOUR fault...... then this is the place for you! The brand name is owned by a holding company whose sole existence is based on gobbling up small cannabis companies and turning them into profit machines. The focus is no longer the patient, or the medicine, to be completely honest. They care only about the bottom line, as evidence from the bat urine dripping the walls of the Uniontown location from the rotting floor of the third story because it would cost too much to seal the building and maintenance it properly. Keep in mind, this single location rakes in $20k a day, bats carry many diseases, and this is a MEDICAL facility where sick people pick up medication....... maybe keeping the rodent activity should become a priority? Furthermore, if a workforce ever needed a union, it's this one!!!!! These hourly employees are being exploited and told they owe the company for the basic things companies are supposed to provide by law. Like health insurance. If someone is full time and thinks they're going to be allowed to work 36 hours a week, think again. The sentiment is: "if the company pays for your benefits, you OWE the company". (The benefits are $300/month for a single individual with a sky high deductible and only 80/20 coverage that doesn't apply to anything beyond yearly exams.) I hope UFCW can swoop in and get these workers a fair shake from these greedy, corporate bootlickers.
