I called ahead to let them know that I was a new patient and they failed to mention that they were cash only. So that kind of ruined the experience.

The folk at MANA are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to matching one's symptoms with a strain/product that will be helpful. AND, the staff has also helped me to get the most bang for my buck.

Great group of people here, always try to make sure your taken care of to the best of their ability. It's great to finally have a home around Annapolis!

My first visit was wonderful! Carolyn was so kind and helped me orient myself, understand what to expect, and ensure I knew about all available discounts. In back, Tiffany really took the time to listen for what I was interested in, educate me about the science behind the medicine, and help me pick out the best products to try. I could tell Mana is serious about building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience. I’m so glad this is my local dispensary and I’m excited to come back!

Staffing appears to have changed again. A visit a few weeks ago had a staff member judge my appearance and make a comment “what metal show are you going to?” Same employee made a comment about smoking dabs all day at work on most recent visit. Also went for a daily deal 2 items for $$, only had 1 left but would not sell it at the discounted cost? Would’ve been no different of a discount and the company wouldn’t have taken a loss, furthermore it wouldn’t have been a conversation if you had your inventory in order as it was reflecting 2 of that item in their system.. just a sad experience that could’ve been avoided.

Leafly preorders are the way to go here! Always promptly received&fulfilled & if they're out of anything the staff always recommends something comparable product & price wise. 11/10!

Michelle was great to work with. Very knowledgable and easy to communicate with. The first medical cannabis dispensary in the greater Annapolis area. Opened quickly in an old bank. Good use of space! Very friendly and easy to get in and out of by car only. Near Lee Airport and the bridge. Don't be concerned if you see a lot of people in the small waiting room, it is tiny but they move quickly. LOTS of inventory. Products for people with chronic pain or other issues. Yes, they do have products that only help the pain and don't get you high. Prices are great compared to other dispensaries near DC.

The online ordering was very quick and extremely easy when I picked up my order. I was in and out immediately! I highly recommended this service!

Used pick-up service for the first time, that was amazing. Shopping online allowed me to do my research then make qualified selections. I make my order through the leafly site and immediately got a text that my order was being processed and then another text telling me it was complete.

I have to say that I really enjoy all of the people who work here. Everyone is very helpful and can direct you to whatever you are looking for. Definitely love using Pre order, because it’s quick and easy. All in all it’s a wonderful vibe and by pre ordering sometimes you can skip the line 😉.

Excellent Staff....Rain my budtender didnt rush me, or try to upsell me...she just answered all my questions and informed me on the products I was interested in and helped me make the right purchase for me and my budget.

I love coming here. It’s a little bit pricey compared to another one I go to but I happily pay for the customer service and it’s a lot closer to me. I love how the staff explains things and seem pleased to take as much time needed to answer your questions. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable!
