Being new to the world of medical cannabis, Maribis (Springfield IL) has exceeded my expectations every visit so far. (Twice) Very low wait time. Pricing seems legit, the sales floor is clean, well lit, and has multiple sales stations for quick and easy transactions. The staff that I've interacted with have been knowledgeable, efficient, and shown a level of integrity to me that has quickly earned my business and loyalty.

I have been putting off going/buying. Maribis has 85 total product compared to IS & P(formerly HCI) where they have 266... considering switching BACK if supply doesn't get better. The prices are becoming more and more outrageous which is extremely sad for medical patients. I appreciate Maribis not selling to the public but the selection has become too limited.

So I just can't stay away. Made it in for the Black Friday sale and despite the crowd, Diamond, my budtender, made me feel right back at home. She helped me navigate multiple sales and discounts and made a suggestion on a vape that was SPOT ON! (still need to fix parking lot and get an online ordering system that jives with the inventory) I realize it is difficult to keep an inventory, especially for popular items, but you've kept your pricing down and your sales and discounts really add up! Please keep having those wonderful sales!!! Much respect to the staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions this is an outstanding dispensery and the best choice. you guys are AWESOME 10/10 for me!

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Maribis! The sales associates Go above and beyond every time! The products are always top notch and I appreciate all of their knowledge! I think folks need to do a little more research about how the medical and recreational marijuana programs were set up in the State of Illinois! Everything is controlled by the State Legislature. It was purposely setup this way! They put a cap on the number of cultivating and sales resources! My understanding from what I have read was a need to keep a cap on the system for control and to see where the program went! Little did the legislature know that Illinois would more than support recreational and medical marijuana sales! The problem is what we currently don’t have enough cultivating centers in order to keep up with the demand we have in Illinois! Until things are federally passed across the board, there can be no cross sales between states to help support demand. You have to realize that as the state adds new cultivators, it will take anywhere from 3-1/2 to 4 months for their first crop harvest! And it is important to note that not only are the cultivating centers limited in number, but the amount they can grow is also controlled and limited at this point! This creates a shortage! I just wanted to lift this up because I don’t believe people understand how the system was set up by our state legislature! I sure didn’t understand it to this depth! And it makes a lot more sense after what I have researched and read!Any changes have to be made by the legislature through laws! So Please know that shortages have nothing to do with the people that are trying to grow or sell! I would imagine the reason Maribis runs out of products is because they have a very high-volume in sales! It’s apparent by the way the associates treat the customers that the business is booming like it is at Maribis! So the next time they’re a little short on what you usually get, be a little patient! Because it’s not their fault! Why would they hold onto product if they had it to sell that’s the business they are in! Two years down the road we’ll look back and realize that these were growing pains. Let’s just be thankful that we are on the right path! Onward! Happy Halloween Everyone! Be Safe!!

I would like to say how helpful and engaged the staff have been! I started using cannabis to treat my epilepsy in Sept 2018. I remember going in most days anxious and out of it which has changed tremendously over the past few months thanks to Maribis. I'd say now going in, seeing the staff, looking forward to their input on products, and their open and inviting atmosphere has become a highlight of my week! They are always ready to answer my questions, they are patient, kind, and concerned about meeting the needs of patients! They generally always have the products I need to get through the week or something that can serve as a substitute. Thanks to maribis I am now 3 months seizure free! Check them out!!!

After being in there a few times, the service gets better and better. Such friendly staff members that actually care about peoples needs, which means the world to people. Very knowledgeable staff that treat you like family.

I love this place ,the staff,the location but you really need more product,you never have what I need your always out,I've thought about switching but I'm loyal an use to you all also my anxiety won't let me ,also has gotten worse as your supplies has....still love this place tho...

I felt at home the day I walked in and got help on finishing up paperwork and they sent it off for me. I felt warm and comfortable then when I went in for my first order they give me a really good mini pre rolled joint's. They help me really well too cause I'm not shaking no more. They are awesome where I go very kind always small, always smile, says good morning ( afternoon or evening ). they are just totalllllllllly right out AWESSSSSOOOOOOOMMMMMME. $10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00 awesome.
