Key Cannabis - Phoenix (Med/Rec)

I made mission my go to dispensary last year due to the quality and prices and at the time they offered a 20% off discount for having state insurance. Now that 20% off discount is dead. Okay cool, still great quality and oh cool I get $50 for every $250 I spend!?! And I can stack it with the daily deals?!? Awesome! Then a month later I come in and now I can’t use the $50 credit with daily deals. So now after paying full price and THEN using my $50 credit, it’s actually just a $20 credit now that I can’t take advantage of the daily deals. Again, great dispensary and great people but just don’t expect consistent pricing from the owners(Booo).

First visit- waiting room is on the smaller side..but clean.. the man at check was nice.. the wait wasn’t bad for right after work..I got Jess she gave me tour and offered to explain any products..great customer service. I also overheard on of the other dispensary agents and was also giving great service.. (I’m an old retail guy it’s important) Im a flower guy- it was pre-packed but it was nice when I got it home. Hope the owner looks these over.

Waited nearly 2 hours and got skipped multiple times, security guard wants to deny service for asking when I’m next in line saying I was annoying when I only asked once Than the manager told me I would be 86’d if I had an attitude. When it was the security guard cussing and arguing with me. never going back again! On the other note I heard from fellow customers that place was great, I don’t doubt them but that was my first and last time ever going to this location
