I have been coming here for a while getting cartridges and have never had a problem and today I had such a bad experience with one of your managers customer service an absolute zero and I’ve been sitting in my car outside your shop and guess what my palm pen is working fine with all your other cartridges but he couldn’t exchange your malfunction cartridge for me. Today customer service sucks and I love coming here I drive 40 miles to come to this place and every person I’ve ever worked with here has been so pleasant and kind I’m very disappointed.
Friendly staff,good quality bud...I think they need to work on being on time with delivery’s and the person who answers the phone should be a little more knowledgeable about the products...other than that,I recommend this place and I’ll probably order something from them again.
I liked how polite the staff was, how convenient the online ordering process was, and how high quality the products I purchased are (CO2 Vape Cartridges and a couple batteries)
Waited all day for an order I need now that they can’t fulfill. If they already have to many orders at the time they open they should let you know that or close off orders. I could’ve tried to get my order somewhere else in the hours I waited. So don’t assume an order means they will get to you.
Worst medical shop in Boston. Staff let's anybody cut anybody. Takes no responsibility when customers fight and argue in the store. Took me about 40 minutes to get out.
Throughout these harsh times Mayflower has continued to impress me. I always feel safe coming to pick up my product, which is always top quality. Employees continue to show a great attitude day in and out. I will continue shopping here for the foreseeable future.
