Staff smokes in the parking lot and security intimidates customers like a night club.
Here’s what happened
I was a regular customer I was very friendly with staff for months until today. I went and parked in the back next to a few kids
In a Honda smoking. They kept staring me down as I was walking to the front door. I noticed they kept looking over their shoulders at me and I didn’t like it so I spoke up and said is there a problem because I was a little uncomfortable and haven’t smoked in a fess days. (I didn’t know these individuals worked at the dispensary I wear glasses) The guy in the passenger seat hops out like we are in a street fight (he is the security guard watching the dispensary door) and runs up to me chest to chest and I wasn’t about to back down…. It escalated and many people that worked at the dispensary came out threatening to call the cops on me…
One. I wasn’t the one who hoped out the car.
Two. I wasn’t the one who escalated the situation.
Three. I wasn’t the one smoking on duty and staring customers down.
Four. The management could have de-escalated the situation instead they teamed in me and made things worst.
I will never shop with you guys again.
Worst medical shop in Boston. Staff let's anybody cut anybody. Takes no responsibility when customers fight and argue in the store. Took me about 40 minutes to get out.
This place has to be the best in Boston by a long haul. The quality of the flower is top notch, my favorite is Starkiller, the quality of the Makery gummies is triple A. The staff is nice and friendly, and they even do delivery on certain days of the week. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family with medical cards.
Long time customer and they have had the best deals for years. Only complaint is the tiny storefront, but the great customer service makes it a non-issue.
thank you for staying open during the covid crisis.. i really appreciate how quick my pickup was. you guys are always friendly and efficient. you’re my go-to dispensary and i am so grateful.
The THC count on their product menu does NOT match what's in the container,they gave me a bunch of different excuses .But they did NOT Solve the problem.
Man what to say.. I love you all. From the customer service, to the quick pick up time windows. My order is always ready within 10 minutes! Love how you’ve adapted your business to deal with Covid in a safe way. Walking into mayflower after a long day of work and emails is such a refreshing feeling!! Love the staff and everyone over at mayflower. Keep crushing. Best dispensary in MA!!
