MedMen - Oak Park

Re ordered a product someone picked up for me last week, and when I went to purchase it the cashier looked at a paper and asked another cashier what to do because he didn’t know the discount for “pts” brand products. ended up paying an extra 20$ even though I told him how much I spent on the same product last week.

parking was super easy in the garage or on lake street (feed meter on lake st) super friendly and knowledgable staff. great loyalty program in and out in 10 min

Every time I come it seems they've streamlined all of their processes again. I'm in and out in under five minutes in the late morning. Always great service, knowledgable clerks, overall outstanding experience.

A little disappointed that I was told that I would be able to get 20% off the day prior on my order without the 20% off card and I had to use my loyalty which I wanted to save. I definitely shop at this dispensary quite often so there shouldn’t have a problem to honor it from another employee that stated I could receive it.

The people that work at the OP MedMen are the freakin BEST!! They always know what they’re talking about and are extremely knowledgeable! They somehow remember our names and which strains we prefer. I love ALL of the people that work there! And of course the weed is fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoying your specials for seniors and vets. I still think your counter is unacceptable you cram too many people in one spot and you can’t have a private conversation. Happy to see more employees though.

Location is easily accessible - free parking lot behind the location, public transportation at Harlem Green Line or Harlem bus. Staff is extremely inviting, pleasant and helpful. Very clean and sterile atmosphere. Quality products as well!

My bud tender was so helpful in updating my medical card, it had expired and I hadn’t realized it. He took the time to get me updated and did so without making me feel bad, then helped me choose products that would help me - ⭐️ 🌟 💫

Went on 11/19/22 at 7pm to pick up my verano weed pen and the front desk guy that scanned my ID gave me a nasty attitude after getting annoyed i was taking a minute to pull out my ID. Uncalled for. I don't know his name but you guys gotta talk to that guy.
