Meds Cafe - Lowell

This is the dispensary I come to most often. They always have what I’m looking for, and even if the prices aren’t the cheapest, that’s to expect given the state hasn’t been legal for super long. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I have yet to have a negative experience with MedsCafe. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 star rating is because I haven’t been able to go inside yet due to COVID.

This place rocks. I order online- 98% of the time it’s ready and everything in stock. If not- they make it right. I heard shitty things about this place but I’ve always had a good experience. Good products too - bud tenders are cool too

Awesome place! I go there around every few weeks and place my order online. I like the menu change ups and everyone there is super nice. There is a wait, but I just make sure my phone is charged up to keep myself entertained.

So helpful and Friendly

I spent $580 on 8ths, basically one of every flower, An I have to admit I was highly disappointed, none of the flowers have a delightful taste, for the price they charge I could have went to cookies and got my money’s worth, the flowers here is high grade prices but low grade, sorry but not sorry never again

I liked that the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They work their asses off, running around in the heat trying to help customers as quickly as possible. The only thing that would make me love Meds Cafe even more, would be if the Leafly website was updated more frequently, so I know what's actually in stock and available.

I had a great experience the first time I visited for curbside. The guy who served us was friendly and fast under the circumstances. My second experience was iffy. I ordered before 11am and didn't get my delivery until after 4 which I kinda get I suppose. I've been trying to order on their website for the last two days, which was difficult because it shows barely any available product. Today, however I called in so I can get an accurate order but at the end of the call the person who answered the phone was nice enough, was told by the driver that my address was out of their range. Not sure why he delivered the first time but decided not to this time? Super unprofessional. Now I have to go without meds. Kinda sucks. Guess I'll have to look for another dispensary.

I ordered online and had It delivered. I did My own research before ordering. I received different strains and had No problems with any of it. I will absolutely return for more!

Curbside is great in concept, but when I place 3 orders that get confirmed and I'm told they are ready for pickup, there is absolutely no reason I should arrive just to be told they're out of what I ordered. Really poor implementation and the budtenders know next to nothing.

Fast and efficient. Very friendly and informed.

After calling in a pick up order and being sent a confirmation, we have been sittiny in our car 30 mins. Some runners were using a system to organize cars, of course our guy was walking around randomly and assisted multiple people before us even though we were here earlier. We recommend a better system..maybe an area for picking up with one specific runner? Very frustrating in the hot sun. Hopefully the quality is worth it. It is our first visit.

I live close to the MedsCafe, considering the situation they are doing a bang up job. The inventory site just isn’t as up to date as the actual inventory which makes ordering online before your visit challenging at times. Look forward to physically walking in the store. The runners are very nice, make sure you tip them though. They deserve it!

I like being able to place my order online and then pick it up. Each time I have been here, my estimated wait time has decreased drastically. For those placing orders online like myself, I'd highly encourage to write down or print the receipt order number. It just makes the process a lot smoother. People must realize that if you want quality, expect to pay a little more.

I was very unimpressed with this location. I paid for the $22/g variety of bud and it was garbage; dry, tasteless, odorless, and lousy high. ***Also beware! They claim to waive $20 delivery fee on deliveries over $150 (pre-tax), I ordered an edible to make sure I was over the $150 minimum, and they still slapped me with the delivery fee.*** Spend your dollars elsewhere and chump change places like this will disappear. It's only a matter of time.

I've only been smoking a year or so, but have really enjoyed their pre rolls. Bud tenders are friendly.

This place is the best on this side of Michigan. They are on time always. And super nice and always answers tour questions. They are very good with communication. And have been doing a boom job during this COVID-19

I've only been a client since after the quarantine, so I don't know about the atmosphere, however the quality and service here are excellent. I will be a regular client!

Great location and speedy service but they have no line system which results in people getting skipped over. I’m sure it will change when the stay at home order is lifted.

They have great service and always walk out with a menu. Very polite and always knowledgeable with all there products.
