Been a couple times I like the vibes

Budtender Luis hadno idea what he was doing. We went in knowing what we wanted and spent almost an hour waiting for the guy to find out what products were available (by asking the other tender,Anna,who knew her stuff well, 5 stars Anna). Made 3 transactions. Asked for 2 quarters, different kinds and was given the same kind. Very unhappy with our service today. 3 stars rating on quality is only for the live resin and Anna being on point.

LEARN HOW TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE! I've been trying to call since last night at 5pm and every.single.time. I call there's no answer. I even tried right when you guys opened today, and still the same thing. I had one simple question, but obviously that's too much to ask for. figger it out bud.

I am on a quest for a location that actually tosses bad weed instead of just selling it. Nope, not this place. I like this place, its nice, prices are acceptable. I purchased a bunch of 1/8ths at the mid level point and its decent. Then I tried the half ounce approach which is usually a 50/50 proposition as far as slight mildew. Same thing here. It was a deal as far as price for a half ounce but I cant smoke it so its destine for the toilet. Just take a look at their 1/2 ounces. If weed gets to the point it cant be smoked, this dispensary, like most, will just discount and sell it anyway. Remember, its not a deal at any price if you just flush it down the toilet when you get home. You can accomplish the same thing just flushing the money directly. The new patient special is good for a 1/4 so that limited my damage as the other weed is at least smokeable. I might come back here as the prices are reasonable but stick to 1/8ths and mix em up. This will limit the amount of damage from bad weed. Have had this problem at MOST dispensaries. I continue my quest for a dispensary that sells quality weed.

Sold a defective vape cartridge - returned within 10 minutes and basically was told "can't help you - our machine says it's fine!". Seriously I asked for help via budtender manager and I'm in tears from pain...NOPE CAN'T HELP YOU - SAD people I hope karma teaches you a lesson - shopped here many years lost my faith over a $25 vape cartridge and two employees who DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PAIN. NOT BUYING party supplies - have REAL PAIN & THANKS TO MR & MRS CAN'T HELP YOU I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO CRY AND SUFFER. YOU BOTH KNOW WHO YOU ARE - YOU'RE CRUEL HEARTLESS PEOPLE
