Curaleaf - Midtown

Avoid this place at all costs. First off they have less than 20 parking spots. which forces you to either drive around until parking spots are empty, pay for parking, or park somewhere else and risk getting your car towed. Then, after spending 10 minutes driving around trying to find a place to park I got up to the door and there's a long line. That is what it is, i told them I was a new patient and they told me they checked me in and sent me a text to confirm it(which they did) and that I could go wait in my car and they would text me. A half hour goes by and I see they're just letting people in, so I have to go wait in line for a second time. I get there and ask why they didn't text me to let me know and the girl who was working the door(huge attitude problem by the way)gave me some garbage excuse about how some cell phone carriers have blocked their number. When I pointed out that I got the initial confirmation text all I got was an "oh" and more attitude. To put the cherry on top the refused to honor my new patient special because "I had been to one of their other locations already". I wasted an hour of my life trying to get medicine here and then wrote this review so no one else goes through what I went through.

It's right off the light rail they have very good deals and prices the staff is excellent and knowable about they pouduct. Excellent Service

Love it every time quick and smooth

Very disappointed with my first visit to this shop. Prices were not as advertised- My new patient deal was supposed to be BOGO on a 1/4. I was told all strains within a certain shelf were the same price so I picked 2 that I liked. Upon leaving I checked my receipt and noticed the second strain I picked was not the same price and substantially cheaper than the other strain. This should have been brought to my attention when being rung up. I would have picked 2 from the same shelf for quality reasons. The rep complained about his schedule and admitted he had no time to try or test product. This made me doubt his product knowledge and I did not feel comfortable with the suggestions he made after leaving the shop. Prices were much more expensive than other shops and quality is sub par. The security guard was outside on his phone and I did not feel safe walking to my car in the parking lot. Nobody looking after the customers when they leave?Will not be returning here.

Went in for a 5 pack of Baseline prerolls as I needed something to get me thru the weekend til payday... Simple trash, taste like lawn clippings and super harsh on my throat.... I bought a shorty and that was super tasty so I don't know why that product is that way but I think it's trash... people nice, atmosphere was great but that one product is trash and shouldn't be sold to patients! 😪

I had a great experience at the dispensary on Central &Thomas. The flower was excellent and the bud tenders were friendly and knowledgeable. Good deals too.
