Curaleaf - Midtown

This has been my go to dispensary for quite a while now but yesterday's experience & purchase was very bad. I had a online medical order for 1 OZ.Showed up & was shuffled back so they could take care of rec.orders. There was only 4 customers @ the time & more came in while I continued to wait.Asked some Blue hair girl if they were handling med patients & all she said was in her snarky attitude that they swap back and forth, B.S on that. Next the bud was dry as a popcorn fart ! Bud was packaged a month ago. Supposedly it's 23% THC I call B.S on that. No Buzz @ all. Will never go back again !!!

You would think if you ordered the same brand and same strain a flower from two different dispensaries that they would be the same correct, well Midtown curaleaf doesn't think so I ordered same Sublime brand and they seem great gas train that I ordered from a different dispensary 2 days ago to be given something completely different which I did not notice because I ordered online and I did not notice until I got home after a 5-mile bike ride to be very disappointed so I rode back five miles to the Midtown curaleaf to talk to the manager to see if we could do something about it to which I was told that it's the same flower insulting my intelligence like I don't know what I smoke two days ago I highly suggest staying away from that location reason number 1 they couldn't fill the order correctly number two had my intelligence insulted Fabian told us the same flower that I bought two days ago like I don't know the difference and number three I explain to the manager that I just rode 10 Mi total to get home and get back there to try to get what I ordered to be told I was sorry you'll be okay it will treat you good I guess that's the way they deal with customers absolutely disappointing dissatisfied never again and I go to that location at least five times a month good job losing a customer

Got overcharged, my $60 in items cost $81 and change out the door. That’s about 33% tax, not cool when it’s supposed to be 25%. Plus their deals are sus on the quality—which everyone does but on top of overcharging is too much. No problems at the Central location just here.

Love this place! Didn’t make me wait in the long ass line since I have a MMJ Card. 👌🏼

This place is awesome! Just know that the area can be a bit dicey, also they have long lines but totally worth it!!

I love their pre roll prices. If you catch it when not busy, it’s a nice experience. It’s definitely different with rec being open too. They don’t let you “jump the line “ in a linear way. They take 1:1 med/rec patients.

Obviously they have not figured out how to operate a dispensary. I’m not f…..I got waiting for 45 minutes to buy a few grams of average weed!! Hell no!! Unorganized, incompetent, and frankly huge disappointment. The weed is average at best!!

Cashier 50603 needs an attitude check. Every time I go in I witness that cashier being rude to customers, and today was my lucky day. I’m sorry I’m not that smart and had to ask a question about my receipt . The cashiers response to my question was “ I don’t know I just enter it in the computer and it spits it out”. Then the cashier rudely asked if I wanted a manager, since there was still confusion and now attitude I replied yes. I was not being rude, and not raising my voice I just asked a question. The manager was super nice and easily explained what I missed. Then the cashier just had to say “that’s what I just said” and proceeded to roll their eyes. Umm no it wasn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t of had to ask the manger. So rude and unprofessional. With all that being said, everyone is usually chill there and they have a good selection.

They had exactly what I was looking for, ordered online- super easy transaction and really nice staff.

I typically don’t have issues here but last visit I unfortunately did have an issue. I preordered online and got my order. However I wasn’t shown the product beforehand which quality was not the greatest at all. Spent almost $100. I would’ve changed the product before leaving if I was shown the quality in person.

There is no rhyme or reason to where people are placed in line. I had an online order with a medical card. The lady in charge of the line just placed a guy in front of me in line. When I asked why he was placed there he said, “I believe it’s because I’m medical and online.” I showed him (a customer) my medical ID and he said that I should still be in front of him since we were in the same boat and I showed up first. Get your lines in order Cura.

Everything seemed ok until I got home, the Mfused disposable cart I got literally had nothing in it at all and made me cough super hard from smoking nothing but coils for the first 5 seconds until I realized something was wrong. 😤 So to say the least, I'm rather mad at the lack of quality control that company has and the package being completely closed off is absolutely mind blowingly dumb if they can't get there stuff correctly in the vape in the first place, seems like an absolute scam to me and I do not recommend them and will never, EVER buy Mfused again, I'd go back for a refund but the dispensary is roughly 40 miles away from me so it's just not worth it going all the way back for 25$ but it's definitely enough for me to take the ten minutes to write this review.
