Ethos Dispensary - Rockville

The budtenders here are great, knowledgable, and helpful, but sometimes I'm in a hurry and have done my research on Leafly, so I place my order online for quick pickup. Ethos runs an efficient, friendly operation that provides a great experience in-store or online. I placed my Leafly order a few hours before I expected to stop by, but it was confirmed and available within 10 minutes of placing it. I had filled out the standard paperwork on a previous visit, so when I arrived, I showed my ID was immediately sent to the sales floor where my order was waiting for me. My budtender noticed a deal where I could get a gram for a penny, based on the other things I was buying, and was able to add it to my order. All told, I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes, with an extra gram of fine flower.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great prices and selection. They also offer 20% off to new patients and have a rewards program.

Sorry, guys. Waiting outside with cash in hand just doesn't work for my senior, female, self. Too dangerous. I'd feel like a sitting duck with a "Please rob me" sign. You are placing your employees at risk as well. I have been approached in the parking lot at another Rockville dispensary -- not Mission -- and it frightened me. I no longer go to that dispensary either. Best of luck, see you when things return to normal!

Ethos is convenient, but even better, is excellent. I've never had any problems here, and the people are nice and helpful. The place bear watching; new products often appear, and at decent prices. They have sales and veterans and wisdom discounts as well. Will shop here again, often.

Julius got me all checked in as a new patient efficiently, and Simmi helped me with curbside. Went above and beyond. Very good experience.

I called in and spoke to an older woman, I asked if i could order online curbside pick up. She told me yes . I told her i was gonna place an order and be down right before store closed. She began to complain and and told me " we open at 11 tomorrow honey" Completely unexpectable. I dont use this stuff for fun. I use it to help me stay alive, and for her to act like im an annoying her for doing her job is unreal. Get peeople like this out of the shop and maybe you cant start to have a half decent service. Un fucking believable .

It is a great place. I always feel welcome and helped every time I've been here. Above and beyond customer service, I drive out of my way to come here. Ryan, Alexia and Marcus are amazing employees who help me find strains that work.

My go-to dispensary. They have solid prices, good sales, a diverse menu, and top notch customer service. In fact, it's probably the service that keeps me coming back. Today, I was helped by Simmi, who is always a giant burst of positivity. He's super nice, thorough, and happy to help with anything I needed. I stopped in about 10 minutes before they closed and the whole staff was welcoming and didn't rush me at all. I usually do curbside service with a pre-order, but decided to walk-in today. You can either setup an order with a budtender, or they have self service stations with tablets to go through the menu and put your own order together. They have a good rewards system that seemingly always gives me cash back, and they also take CanPay, which is a huge plus for me, because I rarely carry cash and it skips the ATM fee. Got a great price on some Gelato Cake and Gator Breath flower, and I am set for the long weekend. Keep up the good work Ethos!

So i had a pick up order, they had me come in and promptly fill out the forms then took me to the back. Simmy helped me and he was really knowledgeable about the glassware and accessories they had, i really like how quick he was with his service

Stopped by Ethos to pick up a 1/2 ounce of Grape Pearls, and I must say I am very pleased with the bud and great service!. I recommend checking them out and they have sweet deals too!

The staff have always been great when I visit. The staff, and the proximity to my place are why I return. Although.... The shopping center that they are in has the worst parking lot in the county. The only thing I would change is to add delivery, and accept debit cards. I do understand why both are not currently not being done.

I'll start by saying that " Julias" was excellent ..... as always this is my GO TO DISPENSARY My last visit was 4 days ago.... DO I RECOMMEND IT !!!! YEAH !!

Waited 30 minutes for a curbside pre order today. Pulled up to the dispensary and was sure to follow their procedures by calling and getting in line when there was a spot available. Sadly, I watched as their dispensary staff overlooked me time and time again for other customers they recognized. There was only one item in my order, there is no reason that even while busy this procedure should take a half hour.

The staff were outstanding! I cannot rate the atmosphere (yet!), but I'm sure it must be/will be great! The curbside service went smoothly, and I got two "Dum-Dums" with my order - my favorite flavors, too! I received a friendly invitation to come inside next time.
