Mission South Chicago

I got to the dispensary at the last minute right before closing. Mind you I am a medical patient and I was already inside. I wanted to add one more pre roll but Jhanay (the security guard gave me her name) told me I couldn’t add another pre roll to my order and I was already inside. As she ran out my order, the security guard went to another worker and said and I quote “I’d like to place an order for my girl.” He began to read off his phone his order and he was able to place his order. I asked her again can I add just one more pre roll and she said no. She cashed out my order and as I was talking to the security guard on the way out the door she began to say “Have a good weekend. Good bye and said my name out loud as I exited the building. I did not leave her a tip, neither did I even say anything back but I felt she was rude and insensitive to me asking to add to my order considering I had to drive from the south suburbs to get the medication I needed. She was very rude and I would never like for her to gather my order ever again.

I like the relative distance from my home to this dispensary other than that they employ the usual target rejects or “agents in tie dye” so I am BiPolar but this is a medical dispensary and I am trying to get my meds and chill last thing I need is some A-Hole security guard getting in their feelings because you’re not being nice. Somebody should remind Mission of their mission to sell weed not feelings. Either way it’s parking lot is trash, the staff attitude is trash, the weed is good but no variety, the sales process is trash! Why is it that I can online order but not prepay online F…ing stupid. Worst 30 minutes of my week. Shit it’s only Tuesday.

Love their menu selection, easy to read product descriptions. I just love the atmosphere in the store. Mission’s budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable! It’s worth the drive up to south Chicago!

Super easy to pick up and order. Computer glitches but that’s tech lol Cashier looked at my phone went in the back and found it immediately and it was smooth sailing after that. Front desk girl is super nice. Security isn’t in your face either. I always suggest ordering online if you can. It’s just easier for everyone including yourself. Don’t worry if you need an atm it’s not wild expensive at the one inside. Good buds, even for popcorn I’m surprised how mellow this is! Will be there again.

The staff is very nice and the customer base is talkative and chill as well. Good selection all things considered, still doing only 1 if each type (flower, edible, etc). On a recent Saturday, was in and out in about an hour. They keep the line moving. Have been back a couple times.

Great selection and super knowledgeable/friendly budtenders. I always feel comfortable here and never rushed.

Nice quiet spot

The service was excellent once in the store. I placed an order online for pick-up at approximately 9:30 am 01/07/22 and had to call the store at about 2:30 pm because no one had completed my order or responded to the message chat, talked with Ishmael, who straightened everything out.

I placed an order online and I never received a call or text message or email to save my order was ready this was February 20th at approximately 11:30 a.m..

Mission is one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to in Illinois. Their budtenders are super helpful and I’ve never felt rushed. They also have a great selection and discounts!

Very controlled, but the taxes are too expensive, will continue to go to Buchanan Michigan, much cheaper.

I always get in and out of here quickly, whether I order online or in the store. The bud tenders have all been personable. The only critique I have: I do wish there were more people around to assist customers/make recommendations while reviewing their stock. The website is pretty good at explaining but that personal touch would go a long way.

Dancing I highly recommend the Mission South Chicago. I've been a client since it opened in January 2020, and have always received top service from everybody from security to the budtender as well as the management. This is my go to spot! I love their variety, their discounts, their staff, and the fact that there is enough parking for everyone, no matter the time of day. Honestly, the location is out of my way. It's about a 30 minute drive South East from my house. The reason I'm willing to travel is because my local dispensaries were switching up and giving little to none on discounts for medical patients. If they did give some kind of discount it didn't cover flower and the most I saw off was 10%. Since I'm a medical patient, I place my order online nice and early then I pick it up later once traffic dies. I'm telling you I've been to many dispensaries since this program began and not even the suburban dispensaries come close to Mission's. Hands down you guys win!

The people make it a pleasant experience. I have had great customer service every time.
