This place is great has everything i need and Jeremy the guy who helped me out was so nice and helped me find everything i was looking to get and more I will definitely make this my choice location

I love MUV, terrance is my goto for advice on products.

I have been wanting to visit MÜV ever since I got my card. Well I'm glad it was worth the wait. Today I visited and the dispensary atmosphere was top notch as was the staff. They have an amazing selection of products. Taylor was my budtender and she was amazing. It was my first time there and she took her time to go over every product so I knew exactly what I was getting. Ask for her, tell her Rick sent ya. Overall it was worth the hour drive for me. I will be back for sure.

Like many, I was somewhat curious as well as anxious going into my first dispensary. As soon as I walked in, that immediately changed. The ambiance reminds me of an Apple store; modern, sleek, yet simple. Ryan Callahan was working at the desk and was extremely kind.I mentioned it was my first time so I didn't exactly know what to expect. He made the check-in process quick and easy. I was then greeted by Will, who had superior knowledge of ALL the products available. He made it hard to choose just one! As he went to go check if the item was in stock, I was then greeted by another employee named Terrance. He noticed I was alone and made sure someone was taking care of me. Will notified me the item was in stock, and proceeded to check me out. I was surprised at the quality of the packaging. As I left Terrance and Ryan told me to enjoy my day. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend checking this place out.

Professional, knowledge, friendly and attentive service has been the norm the multiple times I have visited. I say this not just from the service I’ve received, but also from observed interactions with other patients. My experience is always a 10+, the quality of service, knowledge and friendly staff makes it such a pleasure to get medicated. I have dealt with managers and consultants.

Consistently great dispensary. Have had deliveries and have been there 3 times. Great and effective product, professional dispensary, great vibe and atmosphere.

Right when you walk in you can immediately it is a much more welcoming environment than any other Florida dispensary I had been to previously. As far as variety goes there selection is bountiful to the point that it was almost intimidating but the "budtender" Ryan on top of being welcoming and friendly, was also extremely knowledgeable on their wide variety of products. Also was able to guide me towards products for my particular ailments and was able to guide me towards products that I had been using from other dispensaries in the past. Overall a wonderful experience on all aspects. I will be returning 100%.

Front desk. Some laws have changed like they do and are going to again soon again but she was super snotty about it. Was checking to see if my script was valid before I made the trip. So now u can’t do that. But I out smarted her nasty attitude. So I used the delivery service right because they are not going to drive to my house if my scripts expired. Long story short talked with the manger about it and they delivered my product and compted it. WOW talk about customer service and a shout out to you 2 good people know who you are and it definitely made the pain feel better about the snotty front desk girl lol. Im one of the first 2000 patients I’ve went through all the other companies but MUV does have the best products . I gave them the four-star because of the snotty girl even though they did make up for it but I will continue to go there. I highly recommend MUV

Müv is my all time favorite dispensary around swfl, I personally think they have amazing concentrations and they’ve got great customer service and very quick! Every time I’m in and out within 30 mins

Cassie was so professional and sweet and honest and caring and compassionate and supportive and genuine lol. Cassie helped me feel comfortable honestly the entire staff made me and my daughter feel super comfortable! Thank you all on working around us they all are real and treated me like I’m a person still, Cassie made me feel special as an individual not by my physical limitations or strengths or even my own worst nightmare to come true. I’ve been recently learned that my life has been a wonderful blessing for my body has been holding up to much worse things than I could ever imagined but nothing has ever held me down!! Somehow I’m gonna keep on grinding and enjoying as much of life as I possibly can!!! So my daughter trucked me from a specialist in Venice to MUV in Sarasota where I meet Cassie all smiles genuine warmth and wanting to help me so much ! Yes she truly did help assist me with everything thank you again for explaining everything to me and helping give me the knowledge that I needed to help me find my perfect place to be despite my body being bedridden most days! I’m the Medical Miracle first time patient that dropped by a miracle all the way from Punta Gorda and please do Shout Out to your Wonderful Management that also assisted me with a major problem and how grateful I am to Mangement for your very compassionate way of helping your patients and keeping your patients! Concentrates are AMAZING! Large variety of different strains. Shatter, crumble and terp sauce. Best weekly promotions around. Low wait time and great staff!

Oh my goodness. I went to a competitor a few miles away and they were out of all strains of flower. Immediately upon entering Muv I was greeted by a professional staff and taken to view some products. The experience was amazing. The lighting in there is wonderful. Think Apple store of dispensaries. They actually have real examples of some strains for inspection in jars that have the magnifying glass to see the trichromes more clearly. I share the love so I'm not dedicated to one shop but I can guarantee I will be a regular customer. They often carry some of the highest thc strains here in the region. Tons of cbd variety too. They have a two tier system for flower Grade 1 is $50 Grade 2 is $40. I checked them all out but was a bit disappointed that none of the tier 2 buds were above 14%., and that even the expensive nugs still come in that zip lock bag ugh. The tier 1 buds is where the connoisseur thrives. So much selection. So high of quality. The Sour Jack sativa I ended up buying was 27.7 % They had Chunk Dog, Gorilla Glue number 4 l, etc. Love the place.

This store is absolutely outstanding. I love the very modern feel and the relaxing atmosphere, with little to no wait time especially on express orders. They are rarely ever out of stock, and always have the best quality products, especially the shatter, and the flower. You can't go wrong between Tier 1 or Tier 2. The staff is unbelievably educated in there product and the knowledge of strains, what they usually help treat, and how it has helped them. I have found a whole line of budd and shatter that has completely given me my appetite back.

I go here the flower. Always in stock an usually have several strains. I've been lucky enough to have Nick help me, very knowledgeable and friendly. The vibe in wait room is nice.

Fantastic customer service. Walked in not knowing a thing about this location and was treated like family. In particular, T.J.,was phenomenal. Worked with me and took his time while also making the conversation personable. Walked out with a great deal and a big smile on my face. Thanks again TJ! Made the 1.5hr drive well-worth it.
