This place has to be the biggest joke of a dispensary in all of Reno, Sparks Area. The service they provide is absolutely the worst in the industry. The lack of knowledge of product or the ability to give delivery windows when deliveries are placed online. They expect you to read all FAQ’s before ordering rather than adding a prompt to inform the buyer that any delivery placed after a particular time might be pushed till the following day. Rather than offering to honor the discount on deliveries if picked up would have been the way normal businesses operate as well as every competitor in the area. The lack of service and knowledge of the product that is provided by at best beginner Bud tenders is not worth anyone’s time. Take your pick at any other dispensary in town and you will have a 1000% better experience! Sad place to do business, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The product and prices weren't the problem. The employees inside were extremely friendly. However the real issue is their security. They in particular have a small European man guard that has zero people skills outdated operating procedures and overall a horrible excuse of a human. As long as that POS is there I wouldn't bother going there or recommending. Avoid !!!

It’s easy to write this review about MYNT. From the first time I walked into the downtown Reno location a year ago, to my most recent visit with my friendly budtender, I haven’t had a disappointing experience. What keeps me coming back to MYNT is the excellent customer service. I feel welcomed and well taken care of by everyone, every time, – receptionist, budtender, cashier, and supervisor. And, so many options to choose from; flower, carts, concentrate, edibles…WoW!

I have been to many dispensaries and have found that Mynt is the best all around. The only farmacy I go to. No seeds. good quality, good quantity, and knowledgeable and friendly bud tenders. Price, value, selection....nobody even comes close! Peace

This place is a pretty squared away place. I've been getting high for over 50 years. I used to sign the petitions to legalize marijuana in the 60's. I've been to 3 other dispensaries here in Reno. This dispensary is by far the best one. The quality of the product(still moist)and the atmosphere was business-like, but pleasant. The way that I was treated was really fantastic. I really do appreciate it. I remember when I would be able to try the pot before I bought it. I would be able to buy a 2 finger baggie("lid"-about an ounce) of columbian gold for $25.00. But I got what I petitioned for 50 years ago. Happy Trails
